Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in the humanoid containment suite at Site-XX. SCP-XXXX's standard containment cell is to be outfitted with cute, soft, non-threatening objects. There is to be no less than 4 stuffed animals available to SCP-XXXX at any given time. Upon SCP-XXXX's request, the personnel in charge of monitoring SCP-XXXX on any given night must tuck SCP-XXXX in, and check under their bed for "monsters."
SCP-XXXX also has a special containment sleep chamber separated from their standard containment cell, which is only to be used in the event of potential SCP-XXXX-1 events. In addition, SCP-XXXX's standard containment cell is fitted with an emergency lockdown function, which is to undergo routine maintenance to ensure it stays in working order. Both the standard, and special containment cells for SCP-XXXX are to be soundproof, to minimize any fright outside noises may cause SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX is allowed entertainment, but is under NO circumstances allowed to consume any horror related, or fear inducing media. This includes, but is not limited to television, movies, books, or music. Should SCP-XXXX be exposed to any horror related media, or frightened in any way, SCP-XXXX is to be administered Class B amnestics, and taken immediately to their sleep chamber for monitoring.
SCP-XXXX's sleep chamber is a 5x5x5 meter cell with a 1 meter thick reinforced steel door, which is to be manned by no less than 2 guards during a potential SCP-XXXX-1 event. The chamber contains only a standard hospital bed in the center, standard surveillance, and a set of speakers. During special containment SCP-XXXX is to be strapped firmly to the hospital bed, and hooked up to a polysomnogram to be monitored for a period of no less than 8 hours. During special containment, calming music and affirmations are to be played through the speakers within SCP-XXXX's sleep chamber at a reasonable volume. After the administration of Class B amnestics, if SCP-XXXX falls asleep within the sleep chamber, the volume of the music is to be raised by 30%, and no less than 2 more guards are to be immediately stationed outside the chamber.
In the event of any containment breaches at Site-XX, SCP-XXXX is to be immediately escorted to, and locked down in their sleep chamber. If there is no way to safely move SCP-XXXX to their special containment cell, the emergency lockdown procedure in their normal cell is to be activated. If possible, at least 1 personnel SCP-XXXX is familiar with should remain with them during emergency lockdown procedure.
In the event of a manifestation of SCP-XXXX-2, the manifestation is to be held inside the sleep chamber with SCP-XXXX until they awake from their sleep. In the event a manifestation of SCP-XXXX-2 breaches the sleep chamber, the manifestation is to be immediately neutralized by any means necessary. If an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 fails to be contained, a sitewide lockdown is to be initiated until SCP-XXXX awakes.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a human female that is 10 years old, 155 centimeters tall, and weighs approximately 38.5 kilograms. SCP-XXXX usually maintains a cheery, somewhat quiet disposition, and is generally friendly and curious about the staff and other humanoid SCP's around them.
SCP-XXXX's anomaly currently only seems to manifest in the event of a nightmare - designated SCP-XXXX-1. If SCP-XXXX experiences an SCP-XXXX-1 event, the manifestation of an SCP-XXXX-2 will appear at the foot of their bed. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 vary in shape and size, but are usually humanoid and bipedal, and appear to have semi-translucent skin. Only one non-humanoid, quadrupedal instance of SCP-XXXX-2 has been observed so far. All instances of SCP-XXXX-2 have been observed to have 2-7 claws of varying length, and appear to have no eyes, although they seem to perceive things around them with ease.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 show no ill intent toward SCP-XXXX, but are highly aggressive to anyone within the general proximity of SCP-XXXX as they experience SCP-XXXX-1 events.
