Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a nuclear power plant. According to the testimonies, between 2 am and 3 am, eyes appear on the reactors of SCP-XXXX. All witnesses were given Class F Amnestics. Origin of the eyes is unknown. Once at a time, SCP-XXXX releases a toxic cloud. It is referred to as SCP-XXXX-2. If any organic matter, next referred as subject, comes in direct contact with SCP-XXXX-2, the subject will start to laugh uncontrollably, resulting in fainting. This event is referred to as "RLF-Release-Laugh-Faint-scenario".
