Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9749 is to be kept in an inter-dimensional realm, created by SCP-9749. Any testing on SCP-9749 must be authorized by all O5 council members.
Description: SCP-9749 is a massive dragon, having the ability to breathe fire, ice, and other earth elements, as well as a previously undiscovered element, known as Tarabul (plasma air). This anomaly can cause a ZK-End-of-Reality scenario in the far future, thus leading to a Yggdrasil classification. SCP-9749 was discovered in Kīlauea, Hawaii, after MTF E-9 "Fire Eaters" we're sent to the area, following a loud roaring sound from nearby residents. SCP-9749 was found to be able to only speak in Hawaiian and what he calls, Dovahzul, or Dragon tongue. Dragon tongue is an ancient language used back in the year 67 B.C. No means of translation has been possible for Dragon tongue. Luckily for researchers, Hawaiian is the primary language SCP-9749 uses in his speech, therefore allowing for translators to be called.
SCP-9749 was bound to a mountain in his inter-dimensional realm. SCP-9749 called this mountain "Mount Draggonius". The mountain was classified as SCP-9749-A. SCP-9749's element breathing powers have been classified as SCP-9749-1 to 9749-6.
In A.2, SCP-9749 indicates that he arrived before the Big Bang, thus indicating that the dragon is around a billion+ years old. Also, 9749 was born in the planet [REDACTED], located in the Messier 81 Galaxy.

Addendum 1.0 "Discovery": SCP-9749 was found on the Kīlauea volcano in Hawaii, in a small volcano patch. According to MTF E-9, the anomaly was drinking or eating the hot and firey ash coming from the volcano.
The following audio was recorded by MTF-5532.
MTF-5532: I'm recording this in case I die from this dragon thing, so good luck to me and the squad.

MTF E-9 proceeds to pour liquid nitrogen across SCP-9749, allowing for easy containment.

Addendum 2.0 "D-5902 Testing Procedure": D-5902 was allowed to be sent for testing by all 13 council members. Following this, all MTF task forces that specialized in ice, fire, wind, and other elemental systems. The following test occurs.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Attention D-5902. You will be equipped with a fire hazard suit and will attempt to make a conversation with 9749. This is why we had you learn Hawaiian, as the anomaly speaks primarily Hawaiian.
D-5902: Alright, Doc. You want me to get him to spill anything?
Dr. [REDACTED]: Yes. We need more information on his backstory. Ask him questions regarding his past life, if he hasn't incinerated you already.
D-5902: Sigh, alright then.
D-5902 enters the inter-dimensional portal, in which he is immediately faced by Mount Draggonius and 9749. D-5902 has the following conversation with the anomaly, in English translation.

SCP-9749: In Dovahzul: Not again..
SCP-9749: In Hawaiian: What is it you orange iktanu.
D-5902: In Hawaiian: I have some questions for you, dragon.
SCP-9749: In Hawaiian: Okay, ask away.
D-5902: In Hawaiian: First question, where we're you originally born?
SCP-9749: In Hawaiian: I was born on the planet [REDACTED].
D-5902: In Hawaiian: Next question, when did you originally reach Earth?
SCP-9749: In Hawaiian: I arrived here in a [REDACTED]. I came here during the Re'teh Ka'aal.
D-5902: In Hawaiian: The what?
SCP-9749: In Hawaiian: Re'teh Ka'aal. You humanoids call it the Big Bang.
