Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5258 is to be secured in a 7.5m x 7.5m x 8m container at all time, the room is to have water sprinklers installed to regularly fill the chamber up with water.

Description: SCP-5258 is approximately 7m long and does not seem to have any limbs except for a long and slim body, it is 5 eyed and every one of them has a different color depending on the climate, safety and light enviroment, it's head is a green-red fusion and the rest of the body is an dark green. there seems to be no way for it to get hurt and seems to have a regenerative ability, it can also reach speeds up to 145mph, outside of SCP-5258 container is there to be set two guards on a daily basis. upon meeting SCP-5258 most subjects start feeling an urge to vomit, this seems to be caused by an effect caused when SCP-5258 releases it's skin to create new, in that process it becomes a mucus and creates a smell. If the subject does not feel this, whenever in close contact with SCP-5258 it enters an agitated mode and becomes larger, then it unhinges it's jaw and proceeds to rip the subjects head off clean.

SCP-5258 was found in a small lake in a village in [REDACTED] When [REDACTED] approached SCP-5258, it started Unhinging it's jaw and ripped [REDACTED] head off. At ██/██/20██ a field agent had discovered the existence of SCP-5258 and the foundation sent out a containment team to contain SCP-5258, it was unsuccessful and the team died, they tried again and this time they had more success. the third time they were successful and took SCP-5258 to site [REDACTED]

Addendum: after SCP-5258 was contained it immediately broke containment and killed three foundation personnel in the process, SCP-has been changed from Euclid to Keter after the more frequent breaches and containment procedures may have to change.
