Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3314 is to be contained within a 2 hectare by 2 hectare electric fence. This perimeter is to be patrolled by no less than three armed guards at any given time. Civilians are not to be allowed within a kilometer of the anomaly. No materials are to be removed from the site unless approved by Dr. █████████.

SCP-3314-A is to be stored inside steel drums 572 (five hundred and seventy two) millimeters in diameter and 851 (eight hundred and fifty one) millimeters in height. These drums are to be stored within an asbestos-lined containment unit at Site-19. No lights are allowed within the containment unit.

SCP-3314-B subjects are to be contained within a residential unit at Site-17 with basic accommodations (basic living room, kitchen, dormitory). The subjects are free to roam the facility and are allowed to interact with psychiatric staff. Subjects are to remain locked inside their unit at all times and kept under supervision. Description: SCP-3314 is an abandoned oil well outside ███████████, Michigan owned by an undetermined natural gas company. The oil well was inactive from 1968 until 200█. Local residents reported the pump becoming active for the first time in decades so a local power commission investigated the site.

It was revealed that the well was bringing up not oil but instead an incandescent silvery liquid (SCP-3314-A). Male workers were found to be increasingly fertile after handling the substance, seeing a sperm count increase by approx. 250%.
