SCP-6001 Melodious Murder

SCP 6001 is to be kept in a category-1 humanoid containment cell. 6001 is a murder of 4 crows that have the capability of speech and the ability to cause accelerated healing capabilities of the human body through melody. 6001 was originally encountered when a team of geologists were mapping an unknown jungle region and stumbled across a recently undiscovered tribe in [REDACTED] on July 9th 1972. This tribe interacted with the the scientists peacefully but would not allow the scientists to enter the village. After months of communication eventually the language they spoke was able to be interpreted and the scientists were able to communicate with and befriend the tribe who were known as the Wehn Dijo (wen-die-JO). Then they were given permission by the villagers to study and learn about their way of life. Shortly after this the first encounter with 6001 was experienced. 6001 is a murder of singing crows that seem to understand any language that is spoken to them and an respond in that language in a low raspy voice. They will not always respond coherently or at all but when they do it is usually something cryptic in nature or as some impossible riddle. They will even begin to laugh at you when you admit that you cannot solve their riddles. They are all named after the four horseman and each has the personality to match. War exhibits a boisterous and aggressive personality and usually seems to be the ring leader to the others. Death will speak but when he speaks he seems to only refer to "him" who he says can hear and see everything we are doing. Famine seems to like insulting the person he is speaking to he even seems to be able to read your body language and will say things that seem to make you more and more unnerved. Pestilence does not speak unless you speak directly to him and his sentences are very short and simple. These birds most of the time only do one thing however which is sing. They sing and everyone around them will hear something they understand. Predominantly English speakers will hear the songs sung by barber shop quartets and Spanish speakers will hear Latin based dancing music etc. It seems anyone in range of their music will experience accelerated healing effects on their body. It does not matter the ailment the person or animal may be inflicted with from disease to life threatening wounds the song will make them as healthy as they can be. It has not yet been figured out how this happens but our scientists have seen that it somehow helps with cellular production and speed. The crows sit and sing for about 80% of their time needing no sleep food or water. The other 15% of the time they will converse among each other and any facility staff within their chamber. The other 5% of the time an event known as a reaping may occur. This event happens seemingly randomly at any time during song or during a conversation 6001 may be having. All four of the birds will go silent and then in unison begin targeting one person in their direct vicinity and begin making horrific sounds only perceivable to their target. Each bird will make a distinct noise. War will make the sound similar to radio or T.V. static, Famine will emit the sound of tearing flesh and breaking bones, Pestilence will emit cries and screams of pain and terror, and Death will laugh endlessly. During this reaping event the subject will fall over and begin covering their ears and screaming they will also usually fall to the floor and curl into a ball. At this point SCP 6001-1 will manifest in the room or general vicinity of the victim. SCP 6001-1 is an entity that seems to be made of a black smoke. The entity does wear what appears to be a 1920's style pinstriped suit. The entity seems to take the body shape of a standard male standing at about 1.9 meters tall. The only feature on the entity besides its suit is a very wide white toothed grin of long sharp teeth that stretches to about where the occipital bone would be on a normal human head. The entity will then walk very slowly towards the victim who usually does not see 6001-1 (or "smiley" as staff calls him) until he reaches them. As he walks a thick dark red and tendril like tongue will come from between the teeth and lick the face of 6001-1 and a sound that is scratchy but can be identified as similar to chuckling emits from the entity.When it reaches its victim it will lay a hand on their shoulder at which point they will stop squirming and sit up on their knees while looking up at 6001-1. The entities chuckling will have turned to full blown cackling and it will begin to vomit up a black smoke while it laughs this will envelop the victim and the entity and when it clears both will have vanished completely. After this the birds will laugh and then continue their song or conversation as usual. Further testing is still being conducted.
