Description: SCP-XXXX never ages and is eternally a little boy. When left alone, he has been observed to write and draw in his sketchbook, but he never touches the paper, just scribbling in the air.
He has orange hair and wears a tattered blue shirt with blue jeans. When giving extra clothes, he will not even look at them. When he was found on the side of a road by civilians, he had sewn his mouth, eyes and nose shut. He should be dead as when studying SCP-XXXX
