Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-4712 is contained within
a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell at Site-06-3. SCP-4712 must
be wearing full restraint gauntlets at all times, not allowing it to "snap its
fingers" in any way, shape, or form. In the event that SCP-4712's hands should
become unrestrained, SCP-4712 is to be sedated immediately with Class-A amnestics.
Description: SCP-4712 appears to be a Caucasian male of approximately 2305
years of age, standing approximately two meters in height. The skin of SCP-4712's forearms is able to change to a glowing shade of deep purple whenever exerting its anomalous abilities. Its hair follows this same pattern. SCP-4712 claims this is because it has the energy of the universe itself flowing through its veins. Upon further examination, it was proven that its blood is also this glowing shade of purple.
SCP-4712 claims to be a traveler from another dimension, and that it got trapped in this dimension while pursuing another interdimensional being. Upon being asked which dimension it originated from it replied,"Why the heart of the multiverse, of course!" SCP-4712 claims that he is a "paradox repair man", and that he was simply trying to prevent the other being from creating a time-altering paradox in this dimension.
SCP-4712 has the ability to spontaneously open and close holes in the fabric of spacetime, along with the abilities to fire beams of energy and warp itself across short distances. Though it can only call upon these abilities by "snapping its fingers". These abilities appear to be limited though, for if SCP-4712 uses any of these abilities enough times, it seems to run out of physical energy
