Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 2.5 by 1.8 meter stone cell,furnished with only the basic necessities and monitored by video surveillance. If one must enter SCP-XXXX cell they must don a mask that covers all facial features.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a sapient humanoid creature standing approximately six meters in height. The creature was discovered sleeping in alleyway in St. Lois surrounded by lifeless bodies of drifters.
SCP-XXXX has no visible nose or mouth, and uses it's luminescent black eyes to freed on any food given to it. Skin while mostly devoid of pigmentation, does have patches of darkened skin on the forearms and kneels. The creature additionally appears to be growing threadlike strands on it's scalp. The strands appear to resemble human hair and various genetic tests have shown that these strands have very similar genetic factors. Although the majority of these tests have inconsistent or contradictory data. Furthermore, SCP-XXXX is capable of speaking intermediate English and often engage in conversations with personnel. Usually the conversations regrade facial beauty although, SCP-XXXX isn't unwilling to change the topic and will discuss a variety of subjects if requested to by staff.

Normally SCP-XXXX is unhostile towards Foundation personal however, If a subject were to enter SCP-XXXX cell without a mask, The creature would grab the subject by the neck and start tearing out any "Imperfections" the subject may have on there face, resulting in the subject's immediate death. If someone attempts to stop SCP-4839 from tearing out the "Imperfections" they will be instantly killed even If they don a mask.
