Item #:2013 SCP-908A and SCP-908B, Shooshi and Takumat

Special Containment Procedures:
Special Containment for SCP-908A and SCP-908B requires no more extra effort on the part of the foundation than containing a normal humanoid or D class subject.
Description: SCP-908A and SCP-908B or, “Shooshi” and “Takumat” are two anomalous humanoid entities that were found on December 15th of 2013 by the Foundation approximately one hundred kilometers north of the city of El Naranjo in Guatemala. The two appear to be native to the region they were discovered in, but their origins and age are still unknown. The only information that either entity has given about themselves to date are their names and that Shooshi, or SCP-908A is Takumat’s, or SCP-908B’s father. SCP-908A indeed, appears to be older than SCP-908B, though both entities appear to be humanoid men who have aged significantly.
Addendum:
Though the entities were discovered in a remote location in a jungle, they have displayed the capabilities of speaking multiple languages fluently. All of the information we’ve learned from the entities have either been explained to us in English by the pair themselves, or we have read about in item #7001 or in item #7002.
Item #7001 is a journal that was retrieved from the Caucasian male who was discovered, trapped in a hole at the site where the entities were discovered by the foundation.
Addendum:
The man’s name is Jim Vining. He’s from Sparks Nevada and was flying to Guatemala from Nevada on October 12th 2013 when his plane was brought down by a storm. Of the sixty-five passengers aboard the flight, Jim was the only survivor of the crash, though he did lose his most of his left arm and his entire right eye upon impact. He claims to have vague memories of SCP-908A and SCP-908B amputating his right arm and cauterizing the wound.
It is not clear whether or not the entities were responsible for Jim’s plane crashing, but according to Jim’s account, the entities likely possess the capability to have done so and he claims to have witnessed and to have been subject to their anomalous activities.
According to Jim’s account in Item #7001, after the crash, the entities took care of Jim’s basic and medical needs. They feed him, they poured hot liquids down his throat, they bandaged and cauterized his wounds, and even disposed of his feces and urine with a wooden bedpan. They continued nursing Jim until he was able to walk again.
Addendum:
On December 14th 2013, Jim was told to climb inside of a hole that the entities had been digging within the clay ground of the Jungle floor where they lived. They had made shovels with Mahogany branches that were tied to pieces of metal that were retrieved from the nearby plane wreckage. Jim purports that the entities had been digging the hole for nearly a month and that they displayed the level of strength in doing so that an average human possesses.
Jim obliged the entities and climbed into the hole that they had dug. The entities entered a bowing state of prayer in front of the hole and began to chant in a Yucatec Maya.
SCP-908A explained to Jim that December 15th 2013 is the day that their calendar ended. The entity predicted that the world was ending in the next twenty-four hours. The pair went on to explain that Jim was to start a new world. The referred to the new world as the “Real World”
Addendum:
#7001 explains that after the entities started to pray around the hole, Jim’s body began to luminate and bright white light poured out of him in every direction. He opened his mouth to scream but only released a laser beam into the sky that could be seen by the SCP foundation immediately and was the reason for the discovery of the entities. The hole around Jim constricted and he began sinking into the clay.
By the time a team from the Foundation had made it to the remote location in the Jungle where the laser had come from, Jim had completely vanished into the hole. Only SCP-908A and SCP-908B remain at the incident site. The entities were immediately apprehended and placed in the custody of the Foundation. The area around the hole was tented by Foundation personnel.
A heavily armed unit of Foundation personnel attempted to enter the hole with no luck. Those who tried to climb in, were ejected by an unknown force and were sling-shotted upwards at a speed of twenty miles an hour. This caused several Foundation personnel injuries, but there were no casualties as a result of attempting to enter the hole.
Addendum:
SCP-908B was the only one of the pair who would speak to the Foundation initially and all he would say was:
“Jim left the old world to start the new one. This world has finished teaching its lesson. Jim is mankind, ready to be perfect.”
The entity also went on to explain that “the old world” as it calls it, was ending in twelve hours and that the only way to save it would be to stop Jim from beginning the new world.”
Addendum:
Because of the anomalous activities witnessed by the Foundation, I.E the laser beam that went into the universe from a hole in the jungle, the Foundation decided to take the end of the world threat seriously enough and began planning different attempts at reaching Jim who was presumably in the hole or elsewhere, via the hole.

A megaphone was used to try to reach Jim with no results.

At last one of the Foundation personnel reported that he heard a faint “Hello” coming from the hole. The personnel gave their full attention to the hole and waited in silence for Jim to speak again. One of the Foundation personnel shouted “Hello” back to Jim in the hole.
“Is that you God?” Jim replied.
A short debate about what to answer with was held and it was decided that Jim may not be of a sound mind in his state, whatever it may be, and thus they chose to attempt to placate Jim and confirmed that the voice he heard was in fact God communicating with him.
“Yes, Jim. This is God. Won’t you let me in?” A foundation Personnel answered.
There was a silence followed by another debate on what to do next.

The commanding officer at the site named Gottfried Bilderberg took it upon himself to remove his gloves and roll up his sleeve and then reached into the hole for Jim.
He reported feeling the fingertips of a human hand touching his. He tried to grab but the fingers retreated.
The attempt at deceiving Jim was also a result of information provided by SCP-908B about Jim. They told the Foundation to appeal to his humanity and to temp him to return to the world he left behind. They proclaimed that this was the only way to succeed in breaching the hole and saving the world.
SCP-908B also informed the foundation that Jim was the only man living in what he called a “paradise” on the other side of the hole. Given that information, the next attempt at appealing to Jim’s humanity was a sex party.
There was no time to bring in D-class subjects to use in the attempt.
The Foundation personnel at the site amongst them had three female soldiers as well as two female researchers. The rest of the thirty-eight personnel were male. The commanding officer of the unit, Gottfried Bilderberg, ordered the five females to have sex with five male personnel near the hole.
Within ten minutes of the intercourse taking place, a hand reached out from the hole and paused, balled up in a fist. The hand glittered with gold sparkles of an unknown material surrounding it. Gottfried grabbed the hand, but it slipped out of his grip and disappeared back into the hole.
According to the Entities there were only two hours remaining until the world would be destroyed at this point.
They attempted the sex party again with no results.
Addendum:
Gottfried reached into the hole once more and left his arm in there for over an hour. With only twenty-eight minutes remaining until December 25th 2013, Gottfried felt a hand grab his from the other side. Gottfried yelled for the others to come. He began disappearing into the hole and just barely was able to grab the hand of one of the nearby Foundation personnel with his free hand. Gottfried soon disappeared entirely with eighteen of the thirty-eight Foundation personnel that had banded together.
The rest of the account of what happened during the incident comes from item #7002 a personal log from the Gottfried Bilderberg.
Gottfried’s journal explains that upon entering the “new world” he noticed that he and his colleagues were all glowing gold with golden sparkles surrounding them just like the hand they saw coming out of the hole before.
The team was in a massive Jungle, much more massive than the one they left. The trees, plants and animals we’re all of prehistoric size from when the earth had enough oxygen in the atmosphere to support such life.
Jim also glowed with golden sparkles of an unknown substance surrounding him.
Jim explained to the team that in “paradise” as he called it, they were all immortal. His arm had grown back, and both of his eyes were intact once more. He offered himself to be a test subject to prove his claims of immortality. Though Gottfried did not choose to shoot Jim at that moment, he did however shoot one of the lower ranks in the head, producing no results and thus confirming Jim’s claim of being impervious.
Jim also explained that they no longer needed to eat anything and would never be hungry again in the new world.
Addendum:
Gottfried himself admits in item #7002 that his new-found invulnerability and God-like status instantly corrupted him to the highest degree. In an moment, Gottfried changed from dutiful commander of an SCP unit, to a megalomaniac deity.
Gottfried came from a very long line of stonemasons and had learned the craft of masonry as a young man. He ordered his unit to begin preparations for building a headquarters. Each of the SCP personnel had superhuman strength along with their invulnerability, so quarrying enough limestone to build the castle that Gottfried had envisioned, was effortless.
Jim explained that the reason he let the SCP team into paradise was that he became bored of perfection and longed for dissonance in life and controversy. Though Jim was only in the hole for less than twenty-four hours, he claimed that he had been living in paradise for thousands of years and that it took him that long to decide to allow other humans to come there.
The controversy and dissonance that the team brought however, was more than Jim’s conscience could bare, apparently. It did not take Gottfried thousands of years to become dissatisfied with perfection. Within the time it took for Gottfried and his team to build a castle, he had already missed soldiering so much that he began to massacre helpless mortal animals needlessly.
Addendum:
Two factions were established within paradise.
There were those who were sympathetic to mother nature and helped to save the animals that Gottfried slaughtered and tortured, and the leader of this faction was Jim. The other faction were those who followed Gottfried and shared his same bloodlust and need for war.
After a few thousand years of waring with one another, Gottfried finally found a way to defeat Jim. He placed an arrow in the heart of Billy, Jim’s beloved pet tyrannosaurus rex. The last that anyone saw of Jim was him running in the direction of the hole. It is believed that he attempted to reenter the old world. The only trace left of Jim was Item #7001, his journal about the events leading up to December 14th 2013.
Addendum:
Item #7002 goes on to explain that hundreds of millions of years passed since the team first entered the new world. Eventually humanoid lifeforms started to evolve and later humanity itself started once again. All the while the team of SCP personnel remained immortal and from time to time altered the events of history at their whim.
When the new world’s calendar finally made it back to 2013, Gottfried - who was now the founder and leader of the SCP foundation, sent a team of Armed personnel to the incident site on December 13th 2013. The hole was not yet finished being dug by SCP908A and SCP908B and Jim had not been buried yet.

A grenade was tossed into the hole and it was destroyed instantly.

The entities, Shooshi and Takumat, are now under Foundation surveillance and are locked in an ordinary cell. Jim was a D-class member that cooked for the other D-classes upon his initial incarceration however, he met his end when he was the first live host for SCP-035, after Gottfried recently reinstated SCP-035’s host privileges once again.
