Hello I've been working on an SCP and would like some feedback on it.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4000 is to be housed in a standard condiment unit for humanoid subjects at Site-06 with normal furnishings and recreational devices of subjects asking pending review and approval by staff. Due to SCP-4000 diagnosed the subject is to undergo consoling with Dr. ████ once a week to help with very issues (see addendum 4000-1). SCP-4000 is to be given free rein of non-classified areas of Site-06 under the supervisor of one (1) security staff members during the day and evening hours, the subject is not allowed outside of its unit at night.
Description: SCP-4000 is a Caucasian male standing at 1.8m (6 feet) tall and weighing 89.8 kg (200 lbs’) appearing in their early to mid-20s with the subjects current age being unknown, initial research into the subject found its age is to be 30 years old, with light brown hair, green eyes and a number minor scars on the hands, forearms, top of the feet, lower legs, and spine. The subject was also diagnosed on the autistic spectrum at the age of 4 years old.
In spite of this diagnose SPC-4000 is shown to be very intelligent holding a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) from Marshall University School of Art and Design. SCP-4000 is overall friendly with staff members and other sentinel SCPs, once the subject (SCP-4000) is comfortable around them. SCP-4000 has shown an interested in art, music, history, and technology.
What makes SCP-4000 noteworthy is the subjects’ resilience to diseases, biological, chemical, radioactive and physical damage. However, the subject can still suffer the immediate effects or injuries from normal means if substances or outside forces is high enough. For example, it is extremely difficult for the subject to become intoxicated. SCP-4000’s anomalies appear to act passively, as breathing or heartbeat would be for any normal person. SCP-4000 has also been shown to have above average strength due to the subjects’ physical resilience which allows SCP-4000 to “push its limits”, much like a normal human being can. It has been theorized that SCP-4000 has an accelerated healing ability allowing it to have its resilience.
During testing SCP-4000 has been seen to be able to withstand (among other things) the following with little to no effect:
• Radiation levels of 1000 rads (note: subject complained of slight nausea after the test)
• Nitric acid
• Six (6) gunshots from a 45-caliber pistol
• 145 kg of Kinetic energy
• Varying drugs and toxins
[Note] This resilience does not suppress the pain caused when injured
SPC-4000 does show not show superhuman levels of strength, speed, invulnerability this is not to say the subject cannot reach superhuman levels during a “fight-or-flight response”.
SCP-4000 has also shown an unwillingness to or outright refuses to take part in certain test due to fears for the subjects own well-being. (See addendum 4000-2)
SCP-4000 was found in the near the town of ████, West Virginia in May 2013 after being bitten by a copperhead snake (Agkistrodon contortrix mokasen). Agents embedded in the West Virginia State Police notified the Foundation after the subject went to Cabell Huntington Hospital for treatment and it was noticed by doctors that the subject showed no reaction to the hemotoxic from the bite, it was recommended that Special Task Force ████ use a non-hostile method of containment and no weapons.
Addendum 4000-1: Due to SCP-4000’s issues with anxiety, depression, and insecurities stemming from its autism as well as childhood bullying. SCP-4000 is to undergo consoling once a week on a regular base. DR. ████ has recommended that SCP-4000 be giving free rein of non-classified areas of Site-06 under the supervisor of one (1) security staff member, as well be given a Level 1 clearance with certain SCPs due to its artist training and background to help improve its mood. The request was granted.
Addendum 4000-2: During testing on September ██ ████ SCP-4000 was asked to stand in a room with SCP-000, SCP-4000 wound not compile with this request out of fear for its own safety. The staffs working consonants is that SCP-4000 is aware that it has/or believes that it has limits to what it can and cannot withstand and do. SCP-4000 has stated to Dr. ████ during the test that “if I can be hurt, then I can be killed and I’m not about to push my luck if I can help it”.

Due to SCP-4000 diagnosed the subject is to undergo consoling with Dr. ████ once a week to help with very issues.
SCP-4000 is to be locked within its condiment unit at all times. The condiment unit is to be fitted with a Faraday cage surrounding a reinforced concrete honeycomb structure. No guards are to be placed outside its cell at any time for safety reasons.

The subject has a resilience to diseases, biological, chemical, radioactive and physical damage. The subject cannot suffer the immediate effects or injuries from normal means. SCP-4000’s anomalies appear to act passively, as breathing or heartbeat would be for any normal person. SCP-4000 has also been shown to be incredibly strong for its size and build. SCP-4000 has an accelerated healing ability allowing it to have its resilience. Testing shows that the subject has enhanced cell regeneration at ten (10)x the normal speed of the typical human.
Note: After careful review of all research on SCP-4000 it is our opinion that the subject has the potential to become not only a danger to Foundation staff but a security risk as well due to not only to its abilities but personality and personal history. In spite of Dr. ████ opinion that making SPC-4000 a Keter level subject is unwarranted as the subject has shown no hostilely to staff or other subjects. We believe that if the subject is provoked it will become a real risk as it can withstand methods of stoppage. Therefore by order of the O5 Council, SCP-4000 will now be classified as a Keter subject.
