Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a standard annomolous vehicular containment unit that has a garage door leading outside of the facility for testing and a separate standard door for personnel to access. Use of SCP-XXXX must be approved by level 4 researchers and above, and must be (bolded)strictly(bolded) for testing or approved transportation purposes.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a vehicle currently in the form of a standard car with a matte black finish of the brand ███████. There are no noticeable differences for a car of that brand, except a seamless panel inside the roof of the vehicle. Upon opening reveals ███ unlabeled buttons. Each button, once pressed, transforms the car into a different vehicle. However, due to the nature of the transformation, any person who enters the vehicle and presses the button will be immediately [REDACTED].

Of date, only one (1) individual has survived transformation inside the vehicle. Research is ongoing as to what variables led Agent ██████ to live the initial transformation (see addendum XXXX-2).
