Special Containment Procedures: Containment procedures of SCP-5596 can not completely stop the effect of SCP-5596-1 which is to be kept in mind. A metal positively magnetized box is to be set in a second positive magnetized box. The first box is to be 12 by 5.5 by 3 centimetres in size, while the second is to be 24 by 11 by 6 centimetres in size and securely fastened in the corner of a closed off cell, while it still is accessible. Due to the opposing magnetized fields, SCP-5596 will be virtually floating inside of the boxes, and not able to make contact with the outside box.
The cell is to be windowless and without lights. It is to be kept below 0℃ as to not start condensation and commence creation of SCP-5596-2. A heavily sensitive thermal camera is to be set in the opposite corner of the room as SCP-5596-1 and it's casing. One is also to be set inside of the second, outer casing box.
There are to be daily checks of the strength of said casing, as well as the contents of the inside of the cell and box. If the weight has changed a lock down will commence and the cell and case will be searched for cases of SCP-5596-2. This is to be done by commencing the use of a flat plane that pushes from the side of the room opposite of the door, all the way to the other side of the room. The machine will stop at the sign of any pressure, allowing SCP agents to enter the cell and collect the cases of SCP-5596-2. In these daily checks, all agents are to wear protective head, shoulder, hand, chest, knee, back, and foot gear in order to protect them from the affect of SCP-5596. If any equipment has any weak spots, the personnel that owns the suit will be quarantined for a month in order to sense any physiological or mental issues.
Description: SCP-5596 is an entity with the ability to control humans, apes, and invertebrates mentally and physically. It will and can change their will, musculature, and intelligence in order to protect the unknown being, currently referred to as SCP-5596. SCP-5596-1 is a Nokia 3310 grey cellular device, released in the year 1998, two years before the 3310 was released, on September 1, 2000 model. SCP-5596 has only been visible during rain (not freezing rain, snow, or hail), and has been sighted on sidewalks, roads, playgrounds and other public areas. It has not been spotted in houses or similar private properties, nor areas with abundant nature. It is able to create SCP-5596-2.
SCP-5596-2 is a conglomerate of many, mass produced and destructible objects. The objects themselves are completely invisible spheres that can only be felt. The size can range but is on average 3 centimetres in diameter. The only way they can be seen is by their interactions with other objects, the most common case is with rain drops. When it is raining, SCP-5596-1 will begin to produce SCP-5596-2 which begin falling from the sky at a height of 2.34 kilometres (will spawn as high as possible if SCP-5596-1 is in an enclosed area). As the fall, if they hit a human, ape or invertebrate, the creature will feel a pain, which can be described either as blunt or pinching. If the object is big enough to kill the animal, they will die as normal, but if not, it will enter the skin and join the blood stream, allowing it to break the blood-brain barrier. This will allow access to the organism. At this point, muscular, mental, and physical control is possible by SCP-5596-2, but all actions are still controlled by SCP-5596-3.
SCP-5596-3 is an unknown entity that hasn't been seen. Our only proof of it's existence is when it manipulates SCP-5596-1. It is of an unknown size, shape and color. It uses SCP-5596-1 to communicate by typing into the interface. All we know is the following:
- it is alive
- it does not want to be found
- SCP-5596-1 is indestructible
- It does not want harm
- Any harm done is only self defense

Entity: People have called me "The One Who Talks"
Interviewer: Very well. Do you know why you're here today?
The One Who Talks: Yes, I believe I do. You have discovered me, and would like to figure out what I'm all about. Unluckily for you, I am unwilling to give you all the information about me. I prefer to be hidden and unknown
Interviewer: We can work with that. Tell me if an answer goes beyond your limits. Now, answer me this, what are you?
The One Who Talks: All I can say is that I'm a thing with a conscious, beyond that would be too private
Interviewer: Yes, of course. So, do you know that you have hurt people? Are you the one hurting these people?
The One Who Talks: My intentions are not to hurt anyone, the orbs are created whether I control it or not, however I do control what the creature it has entered does
Interviewer: How much control do you have?
The One Who Talks: I can make them do anything
Interviewer: Then how do you explain the pain and deaths you have caused? Many people have walked of bridges or jumped in front of cars. This is of course you, correct?
