Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a copper box with cameras out of his reach to monitor him. The door to the containment is to be made out of pure silver and be replaced every week. If SCP-XXXX becomes enraged he is to be doused in water repeatedly until subdued.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid being constantly surrounded with electricity. He refers to himself as "Lightning Rob" and dislikes being referred to by any name other than Lightning Rob. Rob is very talkative and social. Long periods of isolation cause him to become enraged,so all cameras are to be checked to have functioning microphones every week. Rob has only once had his electricity disappear,revealing his true form as a naked humanoid male with extremely tan skin. He speaks with a Southern accent. All food is to be delivered to him raw,and he is never to be given a food that is liquid or has a liquid on it (Soup,gravy,sauces,etc). It is seen that his power grows over time but is diminished while in contact with a surface able to conduct electricity (Water and conductive metals)
Addendum:
Incident 001:During the first enragement of SCP-XXXX,an unidentified security guard shot the SCP,leading to SCP-XXXX falling unconcious and his electricity "powering down".3 shocks from a defibrillator at 1000 volts got his electricity going again and SCP-XXXX regained consciousness

Dr. ████: Good morning SCP-XXXX
SCP-XXXX: Mornin' Doc.
Dr. ████: I'd like to clarify tha—-
SCP-XXXX: For your sake and mine,just call me Rob,Lightning Rob
Dr. ████: Alright. I'd like to clarify that this is a formal interview,not just a chat you get to fill with pointless banter
SCP-XXXX: Gotcha,Doc. I'll be formal if you request. So what do you want from me today,eh?
Dr. ████: I'd like to ask you if you have any memories before…your current state.
SCP-XXXX: Well,I do remember some key moments from bein' a normal human,though I woulda thought that this foundation would have just assumed I've always been like this.
Dr. ████: We did assume that until the incident
SCP-XXXX: Please never bring up that again. Brings back all the pain when I remember it. Anyway,my last memory before gettin' these "powers" was meetin' this fat guy on the side of the street with an injured knee. I put my hand on his shoulder and we somehow teleported to this place with a strange machine. I decided to check it out. I grabbed it and went back to the fat guy to help him with his knee. We teleported again and that triggered the machine. After we got back to the real world,I was in the state you see me in now
Dr. ████: So you accidentally getting in contact with SCP-507 was what led to your anomalies.Very interesting.Very interesting indeed. We may end the interview now. I will be in contact with you,"Rob", as I'm still the lead of the team that monitors you.

Closing statement: SCP-XXXX was easily transported back to his cell and seemed fine with the interview bringing back memories of pain and the time before the foundation took SCP-XXXX in.
