Special containment procedures:
SCP-#### Is to be locked in an airtight container with air flow entering the room at intervals of 20 seconds for 10 seconds to keep the subject at a passive nature.If there is a threat of Breach the air flow is to decrease to 20 seconds of 7.5 seconds of H2O.
When entering SCP-####'s containment all personnel must wear oxygen tanks.When SCP-##### is being moved he must remain in an airtight box with the normal airflow of a 20-second interval of 10 seconds, personal of Clearance level 3 or higher must permit any movement of the SCP-#####.4 guards are to be outside his cell at all times with taser attachments to subdue SCP-##### in case of a breach.
SCP-#####'s cell should be monitored at all times via microphone. Should any abnormal behaviour occur, The project head is to be notified at once
Description:
SCP ##### Is an adult caucasian male, aged 45 to 55 and standing height of 2.3 m tall and weighing 110.8 kg. Half of his face appears to be burnt off with the marks suddenly stopping at the centre of his nose and no scar tissue is visible, except for black ash that falls on regular intervals of 10 hours and 15 minutes.SCP-##### Also wears MTF armour with [Redacted] markings and a bullet mark in the centre of his chest
around his heart region around the size of a 9mm bullet, indicating whether an MTF already identified SCP-##### but was terminated.The bullet wound shows no sign of healing and no evidence of how deep the wound is.
SCP-##### was found in the [Redacted], England sprinting around the marshes and attacking civilians and bikers with their chest being cut open from the centre.SCP-##### was recovered by [Redacted] after multiple reports to the local police regarding a mass murderer of [Expunged] and further assistance was needed.
When a person is entering and oxygen levels turn to atmospheric conditions then SCP-##### begins to rise and the audio in the room turns to static and then a cackle is heard with a scratching noise and then the subject's heart is removed near instantly without no evidence of how he does it..See Addendum-A-1.SCP-##### Also cannot be visible using a camera as any attempts to place a camera has resulted in the image being blurred with main focus of the blur being around SCP-##### to where he blends in with his surroundings
SCP-##### can appear to speak fluently in 7 languages such as English, Latin, French, Portuguese, German, Russian and Anglo-norman as heard over the time of containment but it is believed to be a higher number around 30.The fluentness and rate of Anglo-Norman raise questions about the age of SCP-##### and his origins.
Addendum A-1:
1 D class entered SCP-#####’s containment cell to ask questions and assist with the interview.
At [Redacted] D:2901 was given a black ballpoint pen and a notepad containing questions
Then the containment door opened and D:2901 was ordered to enter slowly then sit at a table in the corner.

SCP-#####: Yes.I already said that.
D:2901: didn't know they created SCP’s,Next question …Well that answers that question… Was you apart of the foundation security?
SCP-#####: Yes.PSI…7 but after they turned their guns on me I had to kill them.
D:2901: ….last question.How do you kill?
SCP:#####:let me show you.

Interview was ceased as D:2901 was terminated and from the blurry recording a sword is seen being taken by SCP:##### side and slashing D:2901 before “checking” the heart by pulling apart the skin.
Addendum B-1
SCP-##### is to be transported to [Redacted] to run a experiment to see what SCP-#####s armour is made of.
When in transport to [Redacted]SCP-##### awaken and began to knock over the box before screaming in pain but it then stopped after 17 minutes and 37 seconds and went back to its normal silence.
When SCP-##### entered [Redacted] oxygen levels in his box went down to 20/4 for SCP-##### to cease movement and go into a sleeping state then Dr[Expunged] and Dr [Expunged] began to slice the Markings off SCP-##### but after a mm entry a red liquid began to squirt out with the appearance of blood. So all operation was ceased until further notice.Then a measuring tape was used to check the deepness of the wound but it could not go further than 8 mm into the wound but was visible to not be the bottom of the wound so the Tests was ceased and all scientists left the room after making sure the wound was dry. Then the oxygen was returned to normal 20/10.
