Containment procedureSCP-0526 is contained room-wide enough to for a car to drive laps around in, you can get no type of radio waves in the room is also equipped with a gas pump. Daily the SCP-0526 must be fed with gas for it is constantly running. No one is to spend more than an hour with anyone in there for they take a liking towards SCP-0526 and will by any means try and free SCP-0526. Anyone is allowed to drive SCP-0526 for study as long as they don't find the SCP-0526 good in any way.
DescriptionSCP-0526 is a 1958 Edsel corsair with a gray and red paint job and looks as though it just rolled off the factory assembly line. It is persistent to listen to 50's rock constantly even though there is no way radio waves can get in it also gets songs that are not on the radio station it's on. Anyone who insults or harms the car is soon after run over, locked in and suffocated, crushed by the steering wheel, or in other manners. SCP- 526 has a strong regenerating ability and can mend itself to mint condition within a few minutes time, therefore, making termination of SCP-0526 impossible. SCP-0526 makes only a select few people with SPC-0526, this singular is called SCP-0526D driver and will try and free SCP-0526 even if it means death. This one person is known as SCP-0526-D and will not stop till SCP-0526 is free or they are dead. Though this only works on men it still should not be taken lightly. SCP-0526 does not need a driver it just prefers one and is and very experienced at driving fast.
SCP-0526's origin is unknown, and whether the fact is was possessed when first manufactured or later on is unknown due to the owner's death. It is unknown so SCP-0526 is blamed for most unknown vehicular homicides. Communication with SCP-0526 is impossible for only SCP-0526-D can understand SCP-0526, and refuse to tell anything about SCP-0256 besides how wonderful SCP-0526 is and how all sh#*%ers should die. Any SCP-0526-D should be terminated instantly. SCP-0526 only takes a liking to lonley people, and those lonely people usually turn into SCP-0526-D. Interaction between other SCP's has only ended with SCP-0526 being the conductor of a one-ended massacre, but even though triumphant SCP-0526 does anything to kill and usually harms itself. But if anything is for sure SCP-0526 is too dangerous and will never touch a road again, for all the killing would end in a massive genocide.
Discovery SCP-0526 was discovered in an old garage in 2013, the teenagers found the SCP-0526 is covered in inches of dust. They proceeded to total SCP-0526, once they left SCP-0526 regenerated after around 10 minutes and began to hunt down each of them individually each night for the next week. SCP-0526 then hit the highway and was not seen for some time though the vehicular homicide rates went up slightly. Then in 2017 SCP-0526 parked right outside of site 11. At first, no one recognized that it was SCP-0526. There was no title so SCP-0526 was towed off to the car impound. Within a week some teenagers vandalized SCP-0526. I the following days they were run over, one of the homicides was caught on video, this caught the attention of the SCP foundation. They knew they couldn't use violent force so they had an agent drive it to the foundation, the agent complained about the radio only picking up old rock and roll songs. SCP-0526 was inspected for proof of the murders, nothing was found due to SCP-0526's regenerative ability. When inspected SCP-0526 was torn to pieces and soon after killed all who had inspected it and everyone who got in the way. After the slaughter SCP-0526 parked and listened to some rock and roll. SCP-0526 does not mind containment it just would prefer to be on the open road and have someone under its spell to care for and love, the only problem is that that love will kill anyone who harms SCP-0526 or SCP-0526D.
