This time I read all of the newbie guide and the rules

Special Containment Procedures: Bread Cat is to be contained in a 20 X 30 foot cell. The walls and
floor are to be made out of memory foam so it doesn't get hurt while playing. There must be up to
12 cat toys, 6 jingle balls, 3 squeaky toys, and 3 normal fabric toys. There should be a cat
scratch play set that runs along the room wall accessible by bouncing that starts on the left wall
going upwards then sprawling across the roof, and ending at the right wall. The lights must be
6 X 7 panels with 25 watt bulbs. 5 25 watt bulbs per panel. 2 light panels on the left wall and 2
panels on the right wall. The cat scratch play set must be well lit inside with 15 watt light
posts. The door should be 6 1/3 feet tall and 5 feet wide. The door should be on the back wall of
Bread Cat's containment cell. The door should have cat flap that is 4 feet tall and 5 feet wide.
The cell and cat scratch play set should have night vision cameras so Bread Cat is visible at all
times. Bread cat's flap must have a lock and be locked from 7 P.M to 6 A.M. Bread Cat is required
to be in it's cell from 7 P.M. to 6 A.M. There must be an SCP foundation member watching Bread
Cat when it is in its cell at all times and must log when Bread Cat leaves and enters its cell on a
green paper note pad. Bread Cat must stay in its building at all times. Bread Cat does not need
to be monitored when inside its building and outside its cell. Bread Cat must be fed regularly and
must have a food bowl inside its cell always. The food bowl must be washed once per week
on Wednesday at 7:25 A.M. and returned to the cell at 7:31 A.M.
Description: Bread Cat (A.K.A Whisker Loaf) is a white bread loaf which is
approximately 5 feet long, 3 1/2 feet tall, and 4 1/2 inches wide. The front
of Bread Cat looks like a normal bread loaf front except it has a little cat mouth,
3 whiskers on the right and 3 on the left of its mouth, no nose, two black dots
for eyes, and two ears protruding from the top of Bread Cat's face. Bread Cat's
ears are 6 inches tall and its whiskers are only 3 inches long. The back of Bread Cat
looks like a normal bread loaf back except it has a tail that is precisely 9 inches long.
Bread Cat has bread crust on it's sides, top, and bottom. When Bread Cat opens its
mouth it looks like a normal cat mouth. Its mouth has two fangs and one tongue.
Bread Cat can hop around but it has no feet, hands, arms, legs, or paws. Bread cat
weighs only 8 ounces. Bread Cat can bounce of to 29.7 miles per hour.
Bread Cat loves to play and will play with SCP foundation members.
Bread Cat will bite and nip at said person it plays with, the bite or nip does not hurt
it tickles. Bread Cat will take a nap when it is tired. When Bread Cat gets hurt it makes
a very loud meow that can be heard from 25 miles away. When any SCP foundation members
hears Bread Cat meow it must report it to the rest of his/her division that they are going
to help Bread Cat. Bread Cat will let you hold it but you must be delicate. Bread Cat's purr
is very loud. Bread Cat will sometimes lick personnel. Bread Cat's lick is rough but not
painful. Bread Cat will let you pet it but not on the tummy. Bread Cat will run away from
you if you pet it on the tummy. Bread Cat is fond towards those who feed it. Bread Cat is
fond towards those who play with it. Bread Cat is fond towards those who pet it but not
on the tummy.Bread Cat is oddly optimistic at all times. DO NOT EAT BREAD CAT.
Addendums: If any SCP foundation member takes a single nibble out of Bread Cat he/she
will be fired, fined and charged for assault and attempted murder, and sentenced to five years
in prison.
