scp 2014-li is a humanoid girl that has the ability to have ram horns appear out the sides of her head when provoked. however without the horns she appears as a normal 14 year old girl with brown short hair,5 feet and 3 inches tall. usually in a plain t-shirt with a hoodie and sweat pants.
how she can be provoked is feeling an intense amount of emotions. when in that state scp 2014-li will first create a shock wave that has the force to knock everything in the room to the wall. and will keep living entities held and paralyzed from the neck down. the size and force can change depending the size of the room and what is in the room. after the shock wave has pushed everything to the wall scp 2014-li goes to her knees as if in pain, then ram horns begin to start growing out of her head. then when she has the horns scp 2014-li will bang her head against the nearest object. she will stop once all the noise is gone and it is completely silent.
the sight of scp 2014-li was in October 17 2014. scp 2014-li was in a school classroom in Ohio state. eventually the other kids came, they became very very talkative. they made a ruckus and screamed and talked and did what they wanted cause the teacher didn't show up yet. and then scp 2014-li unintentionally created a shock wave pushing everything to the wall, got on her knees and banged her head against the teachers chair. everyone in the room kept screaming and didn't stop unlit two minutes later when the teacher showed up. everyone stopped screaming but the teacher said "LAURI STOP THAT! YOUR GONNA HURT YOURSELF! STOP YOU COULD DIE!". scp 2014-li didn't stop and kept going. 911 was called but when they didn't succeed in helping the foundation came and took her and put her in temporary containment.
the containment needed for scp 2014-li is a room with sound proof walls and a pillow encase of the event that scp 2014-li is provoked. those who enter can not have any object that may harm scp 2014-li. the objects that can harm her are any objects that can harm an ordinary human.
the effects scp 2014-li can have on a human after the event of her being provoked are, not being able to talk for one week and a minor headache for one day. if other effects occur. please tell a personnel of the foundation immediately.
escape attempts for scp 2014-li include. October 18 2014, after temporary containment in a brick wall cell with nothing inside, scp 2014-li attempted to escape by breaking down the door. the guard walking by at the time noticed and assured her that she shouldn't do that and thought that she was dangerous and could harm the other personnel in the building. after that she was put in another cell while the previous one was being fixed. then after doing testing and research scp 2014-li was put in a new cell that had the proper containment.
