Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in cell with no access to any outside view. SCP-XXXX must be blindfolded at all times to prevent any of it's effects from manifesting, and have it's appendages tied down in order to prevent it from removing it's blindfold. In the event of SCP-XXXX removing it's blindfold, no fewer than 5 D-Class Personnel must be immediately sent in in order to put the blindfold back on SCP-XXXX. The D-Class Personnel must also be blindfolded and equipped with radios so personnel watching over the camera system can instruct the D-Class on how to re contain SCP-XXXX. In case SCP-XXXX leaving site grounds, a Mobile Task Force specialized in dealing with reality benders should be immediately sent to retrieve SCP-XXXX as soon as possible.
Updated Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell. No personnel is to view SCP-XXXX at any given time. Personnel are to be given blindfolds before being close enough to view SCP-XXXX. In the event of SCP-XXXX breaching containment, personnel handling the situation with it should be advised to not trust everything they see, and avoid getting within SCP-XXXX's arm reach. Personnel dealing with such events should wear impenetrable suits in order to avoid any damage SCP-XXXX can do.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a human adolescent male of hispanic descent. SCP-XXXX has no visible physical anomalies that distinguish it from other adolescents of it's age. SCP-XXXX is a reality bender who can change anything it sees around it. As of the current date, no limits seem to be present in it's abilities. For currently unknown reasons,if an object is in front of it's vision, it will render all of it's abilities neutralized, until the moment of it's removal, upon when it will finally regain it's abilities.

SCP-XXXX is capable of changing the way people perceive their sights, as long as nothing obstructs his vision of the surroundings. Although the SCP is not very hostile in it's nature, when it feels it has a chance, SCP-XXXX will try to twist anyone's sight to be able to escape containment. Due to its abilities relying on other being's vision, no one in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX is allowed to view its surroundings.
Addendum-01 Recovery Log:SCP-XXXX was found in █████ █████, California. The foundation came into knowledge of SCP-XXXX when an undercover agent came into contact with it's abilities. The foundation captured SCP-XXXX by impersonating the parents of it's best friend. Upon entrance into the vehicle, SCP-XXXX was put unconscious through a gas. Due to the unknown limits of it's abilities, it was placed under heavy containment to prevent a breach of containment.
