Special Containment Procedures: All documents relating to SCP-XXXX should be kept inside of a locked filing cabinet in Site-19. Personnel assigned to research on SCP-XXXX must have a clean psychiatric record and consent to frequent evaluations. Any personnel wishing to be granted access to SCP-XXXX should send their request to Dr. Barnaby for evaluation.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a folder labeled, “World War 3” which contains various documents that describe a scenario in which a Third World War has taken place. Every document of SCP-XXXX describes a different scenario in which different countries/groups engage in combat, SCP-XXXX also seems capable of materializing an infinite amount of these documents. Furthermore every instance of SCP-XXXX will describe the complete annihilation of humanity (usually by nuclear armageddon) by the end of the war.

When an instance of SCP-XXXX is read whether it be out loud or in ones thoughts several nearby subjects of the nationalities/group orientations described in the document will begin to become noticeably frustrated with one another. After about half an hour affected individuals will start arguing with one another about often insignificant problems. Once an entire hour has passed affected individuals will start getting into violent fights with each other often resulting in injury. Once the effect passes the previous stage it’s escalation becomes random, the effect will begin to spread to a wider area as the violence escalates to the point of the affected using weapons in order to slaughter one another.

Interestingly subjects with a very calm or docile personality seem to be unaffected by SCP-XXXX. Therefore the only way to stop the effects is for an individual with such a personality to rip up, burn, or otherwise destroy the document beyond recognition. Once the document has been destroyed all the currently affected individuals will drop their weapons and apologize to one another often by shaking hands or hugging, strangely those affected seem to have stronger relationships once the effect has ended.

Discovery Log: SCP-XXXX was found at a library when reports came in about various occupants getting into a violent fist fight. When police came in to end the conflict they began to shoot the libraries occupants. Eventually the foundation was called in to stop the fight, unfortunately the dispatched MTF team began fighting amongst themselves as well. It took two more MTF teams before someone was finally able to identify SCP-XXXX and tear up the instance that caused the fighting.

Test XXXXa - ██/██/██

Subjects: A group of Class-D’s
Described Scenario: America vs. Canada
Results: Class-D’s of American and Canadian origin began arguing with each other over whether or not poutine was a meal or a snack. Fighting between the two sides quickly broke out. After some researchers of American origin began to join in the fight Dr. Barnaby ripped up the instance of SCP-XXXX.
Notes: Assign more mentally stable researchers to SCP-XXXX.

Test XXXXb - ██/██/██

Subjects: A group of Class-D’s
Described Scenario: SCP Foundation vs. Chaos Insurgency
Results: None of the Class-D’s became hostile. Eventually the Chaos Insurgency broke into the site and began slaughtering foundation officials. While the Chaos Insurgency normally try to steal SCPs or liberate members of D-Class they only seemed concerned with killing members of foundation personnel. Furthermore instead of protecting the facility foundation personnel attempted to kill various members of the insurgency. Eventually Dr. Barnaby realized what was going on and ripped up the instance of SCP-XXXX after which all of the previously fighting members of the insurgency and foundation personnel began forgiving each other, shaking hands, and even hugging. The insurgency willingly left the site a few minutes later.
Notes: SCP-XXXX seems to have a pacifying side effect. Also Class-D’s should be instructed to read the scenarios out loud from now on and the instance of SCP-XXXX destroyed if another scenario like this is described.

Test XXXXc - ██/██/██

Subjects: A group of Class-D’s (various swords have been provided)
Described Scenario: Free for All
Results: The Class-D’s got into an argument over who was taller and started fighting. The fight was allowed to continue for 2 hours after which the Class-D’s used the provided swords to slaughter one another and attempted to break through the testing chambers glass window and door to get to the researchers. After the Class-D’s in the chamber finished slaughtering one another the researchers had trouble getting the door open and the effect eventually spread to the cafeteria resulting in a riot of all violent occupants. Dr. Barnaby finally opened the door and destroyed the instance of SCP-XXXX after 5 hours of the riot going on.
Notes: No test is allowed to go on for longer than 3 hours. The door for SCP-XXXX’s chamber is to be replaced as soon as possible. Dr. Barnaby has been assigned as the head researcher for SCP-XXXX and will oversee all future tests.
