4 Cameras are to be kept looking at SCP-4155 24/7, with change-over times (subject to change) are at eleven thirty sharp. There is no room for lateness. Cameras must also be all over Site 76, covering every section of the surrounding vicinity of SCP-4155. If SCP-4155-A is seen, MTF team Charlie 7 'Christianity' is to be notified immediately. Those who make eye contact with SCP-4155-A, no matter how useful to the Foundation, is deemed KIA.
Description:
SCP-4155
SCP-4155 is a corpse of a male, plain black Neapolitan mastiff, with a huge cut going through its torso. Its insides are clearly visible, though the blood coming from it is constantly, yet slowly, flowing out of it. This should be cleaned 3 times a week. SCP-4155 weighs 64 kg, although during appearances of SCP-4155-A it anonymously and suddenly weighs 14 kg. This is believed to be the age of when SCP-4155 died. SCP-4155's appearances also drastically change during appears of SCP-4155-A. The top of its skull is clearly visible, with no skin, tissue or blood covering it. Its eyes are suddenly gauged out, a large proportion of its legs suddenly disappear with no trace. The bottom section of SCP-4155's torso also disappears. SCP-4155 seems to emit sadness (Doctor ████ describes it as if he found his dog dead again). It is believed SCP-4155 can be destroyed, in case of future neutralization. SCP-4155 is indestructable, with no known method of destroying it known.
SCP-4155-A
SCP-4155-A seems to be SCP-4155 standing on its hindquarters as if it's bipedal. It has chains on the beginnings of its paws, although the large proportion of its legs and arms are missing. The top section of SCP-4155-A's skull is clearly visible. Its fur is a very dark black. Its height is estimated to be 2.5 metres, with its weight unknown.
SCP-4155-A is usually docile, though its appearance causes huge discomfort and fear within personnel nearby. They all feel an overwhelming desire to make eye contact with SCP-4155-A. SCP-4155-A's behaviour is not like SCP-096's, or 173's. Instead, SCP-4155-A causes apparitions to those who do make eye contact, before finally being killed by SCP-4155-A. The apparitions can only be those who do view SCP-4155-A's eyes, which should be referred to as SCP-4155-A1. However, due to the results of Experiment 4155-1C, we can confirm that SCP-4155's blood, when drunk, can reduce the speed of the apparitions. This means that it takes longer for SCP-4155-A to attack SCP-4155-A1. Interviews can take place, though they usually have to be shorter than 30 minutes. Direct eyesight of SCP-4155 seems to make it so the appearance of SCP-4155-A happens later. The cameras seem to rearrange SCP-4155-A's sudden appearance and looking at SCP-4155-A slowness its movement.
The method of how SCP-4155-A kills SCP-4155-A1 ends up similar to SCP-4155 during SCP-4155-A's apparitions. It takes of the top of SCP-4155-B's head first to reveal its skull, then cuts of the middle of the arms and legs. It finishes by cutting straight through the torso several times with its claws. It then disappears, sometimes compeletely, sometimes to hunt a different person. This is all visible, and the appearance of SCP-4155-A occurs: February ██, April ██, September ██, and October █.
Addendum
SCP-4155 was discovered in ██████, ████, Italy, after reports from the local residence of 'paranormal activity'. All of the people who were affected by SCP-4155 have been introduced to amnesiac gas, and the house were SCP-4155 was found is disclosed from the public. SCP-4155 was found chained against a tree covered with bushes, and the apparitions had occurred for ██ years before recovery. SCP-4155 came into the SCP-Foundation's custody in 199█.

In the case of the appearance of SCP-4155-A, Mobile Task Force Charlie 7 'Christianity' should be alerted. 'Christianity' takes in SCP-4155-A1s and interrogates them, as they try to lengthen their survival time as much as possible. In the case of SCP-4155 being relocated, 'Christianity' should be overseeing the ordeal.
In the case of SCP-4155 being broken out of containment by an outside party, 'Christianity' and Mobile Task Force Alpha 16 'Tomb Taker' are to attempt to recover SCP-4155, as SCP-4155's apparations can cause major difficulties with civilians.
Apparation A-1
Documented September ██, 199█
First reported instance of SC-4155-A on September ██, 199█. 5 Class C personell, 11 Class D personell, and 4 Foundation Security have been found dead. As of yet, no known method can supress SCP-4155-A's apparations, and it is still unknown why SCP-4155-A kills them. On cameras spaced around the facility, SCP-4155-A moved around, not really engaging with any personell. On some occasions of personell looking at SCP-4155-A's face, they will begin to look very scared, as if they were seeing things in their mind. They would then be killed by SCP-4155-A. At times of Foundation Security shooting SCP-4155-A, no effect had occured.
