Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3827 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber measure 20m x 20m x 20 at Site-██. SCP-3827 is to be brought food and water daily at his leisure and anything he asks for is to be brought to Dr.██████████, no visual or physical contact is to be permitted at anytime with SCP-3827 outside of testing situations. Any researcher or staff wishing to visually or physically interact with SCP-3827 must be resistant to cognitohazard and must report for imeditate amenstic treatment. A robotic arm will give SCP-3827 his food, water and anything else he may ask for.
Description: SCP-3827 is a caucasian male of apromentaly ██ years of age with brown hair and blue eyes. He weighs apporametly ██ kg and is ██ cm. SCP-3827 is able to cause a significant cognitohazard in anyone who has had any physical or visual contact with SCP-3827 according to initial recovery teams they describe the cognitohazard as being “unnoticed” at first and then after a period ranging from 1 day to several weeks things will appear to spontaneous combust into flames. These people that see the fires will try to extinguish them by any means necessary. 50% of people under SCP-3827’s effect will grab the nearest fire extinguisher and attempt to rid of the flames. If no fire extinguisher is present they will attempt to get rid of the flame by [DATA REDACTED]. SCP-3827 claims to be an ex-firefighter from ███ ████ and says his name is ████████ ████████ (deceased). Upon initial recovery he had caused █ casualties to foundation personal and ██ to civilians. Upon interrogation he stated that he was unaware of his ability to make people suffer from congenital hazards. After learning the amount of casualties he had caused to civilian populations and foundation personal SCP-3827 began to cry uncontrollably.
