Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 5 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm test tube sealed at the top. SCP-XXXX is only to be visited by authorized personnel. Any unauthorized visitors are to be incinerated. After visiting SCP-XXXX the visitor must be decontaminated and put in quarantine for 5 days. SCP-XXXX is to be guarded by MTF ‘Delta-Foxtrot’. If containment breach occurs, ‘Delta-Foxtrot’ is to move in and neutralize any host SCP-XXXX may have taken and secure SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a black slime-like liquid with extreme lethality to any living organism. When a viable host approaches, SCP-XXXX will take the shape of what the host desires most. When the host is close enough, SCP-XXXX will attach itself to the nearest limb of the host and enter any viable opening in the skin such as under the nails, the mouth, nose, eyes and ears. When SCP-XXXX enters the host, it will enter the bloodstream and travel to any major organs such as the heart and brain. When SCP-XXXX enter the brain, the host will experience a headache and within moments, braindeath will occur. After 10 minutes, the host (which will now be called SCP-XXXX-1) will grow black bubbles on his/hers skin. When popped, a dark green liquid will flow out. The dark green liquid is extremely corrosive and melts any organic matter it comes in contact with. 10 minutes after the bubbles appears, SCP-XXXX-1 will begin growing black, sharp claws on its feet and hands. Its teeth will fall out and new sharp ones will grow, replacing the old ones. SCP-XXXX-1 will also begin to grow a tail out of its tailbone. The tail is made of black bones and on the tip of the tail, there is a sharp spike capable of piercing a human cranium. SCP-XXXX-1 skin will begin to turn black. 1 hour after its skin began to turn black, SCP-XXXX-1 will reanimate. It will act hostile to any living organism. Attempts by personnel to communicate with SCP-XXXX-1 has only resulted in aggressive behavior. When visited by a family member or a loved one, like a husband or wife, SCP-XXXX-1 will become docile for a couple of moments before returning to aggressive behavior.
Before Containment: SCP-XXXX was found in (REDACTED) in the year (REDACTED). According to eyewitnesses, SCP-XXXX came crashing down from a meteor. It then proceeded to the nearest town and acquired a host. The foundation is still unsure if it really came from outer space. If any information on this is found, please report to the nearest level 4 researcher.
Additional notes: After incident-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX hosts shall only be limited to D-Class personell. Any other hosts are to be terminated unless told otherwise by the O5 council.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a sterilized 5 m x 5 m x 5 m x 5 m room. No creatures are to be allowed into SCP-XXXX containment chamber. Any living organism that enters the chamber, is to be incinerated at once. MTF unit ‘Pillaris’ consisting of a small group of 5 highly trained CIA agents are to be guarding SCP-XXXX containment chamber at all times. If it breaks containment, no personnel are to leave the facility. If SCP-XXXX reaches a highly populated area, the results would be devastating and could potentially lead to an XK Scenario. SCP-XXXX containment chamber was built around the interview room where it revealed itself to Foundation personnel (see Incident-A).
Description: SCP-XXXX is a shapeshifter, no one knows its true form. It currently has the form of D-9636 (See Incident-A) SCP-XXXX is capable of assimilation. When a living organism like a dog or human is sensed, SCP-XXXX will change into a horrific monstrosity (see Incident-A). The O5 council has decided that SCP-XXXX is only to be tested on if they allow it. Any unauthorized entry into its chamber is extremely prohibited. If SCP-XXXX has assimilated a dog, it will imitate that creature.
Additional notes: SCP-XXXX can change to any living creatures. Regular blood-tests are to be made every third day. If any staff acts unusual, it is to be reported to the nearest level 4 class researcher.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 6km x 6km x 6km x 6km tropical jungle surrounded by a 100m high and 5m thick concrete wall that must always be patrolled by armed foundation personnel. Foundation guards are to be armed with a SCAR-L as well as twenty (20) ammo clips on the guard’s belt. If any human activity is detected, MTF unit ‘Threehorn’ is to escort the unauthorized humans out of the area and wipE their minds for any evidence of the existence of the Foundation.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Tyrannosaurid dinosaur measuring 30 meters long and 50 meters high. It’s coloration is mostly black but with some white and red stripes running along its neck and back. SCP-XXXX is abnormally large compared to other Tyrannosaurids. SCP-XXXX has body parts that resemble other types of dinosaurs including Carnataurus horns, Stegosaurus tail spikes, Deinonychus arms and a short triceratops horn on the tip of its nose. Most of its body resembles the Tyrannosaurus Rex, thus gaining it the class of a Tyrannosaurid. It also possess some small porcupine quills on the back of its neck and arms.
SCP-XXXX is extremely aggressive towards other sentient creatures. When a creature approches SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX will begin circling the creature until it is within striking distance. It will then charge at the creature and eat it, alive or dead. It has been shown that SCP-XXXX possesses extreme regeneration and is capable of camouflaging (See incident-XXXX-A).
SCP-XXXX is estimated to be 65 million years old, dating back to the dinosaurs. It is unknown how it survived the mass extinction.
Skeletal remains had been found in a cave which seems to be a earlier evoultion of SCP-XXXX. The skeletal remains have been given the codename of ‘Indominus’

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be walled up by a two (2) meter high concrete wall surrounding SCP-XXXX and has to be one (1) kilometer away from the anomaly. The outside is to be painted to look like the desert around it to deter any civilians. The border is to be guarded by two (2) guards patrolling around the outside.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a one hundred (100) meter tall standard egyptian pyramid located in [REDACTED], Egypt. SCP-XXXX has one (1) entrance to the north. The pyramid has been observed to shift hallways inside the pyramid. This makes it hard for exploration logs to be recovered incase comms with the explorers are cut. Initial exploration has found that the pyramid contains several levels, something that is not common for egypitian builders. The current known deepest level is Sector 5, even though D-Class explorers found further stairs down before they were chased up to Sector 1 where they met their end. (See incident Exploration-Log-XXXX-A). The remains of humanoid skeletons was found scattered throughout the upper levels (Sector 1). SCP-XXXX contains several hives of flesh eating spiders (Now classified as SCP-9067-A). It appears that the spiders use female hosts to incubate. This was discovered when D-6848 was [DATA REDACTED]. Samples recovered from SCP-XXXX reveals that the spiders are decades old, perhaps even as old as the Sphinx. Sector 2 contains a one (1) meter long snake skin. Origins of this skin points to a large snake, but no other signs of this snake has been found, leading to the conclusion that it either moved deeper into SCP-9067 or that it left.
Exploration Log-XXXX-A:
The camera buzzes to life
D-6848: “There we go”
Dr.[REDACTED]: “Shut up. We are almost there.”
D-6848 huffs and shifts in her seats. Dr.[REDACTED] stops the car.
D-6848: “Why are we stopping? There is nothing here.”
The doctor glares at D-6848 before returning his gaze to the desert. The desert infront of them started shifting downwards until a pyramid could be seen in the distance. The car starts again and drives inside. They are greeted by a armed guard. D-6848 films the guard before they drive away.
D-6848: “Is this the place? Doesn’t look like much.”
The doctor growls.
Dr.[REDACTED]: “Didn’t i tell you to shut up? If you say one more word before this car is off then i swear that i will make your life more miserable than it already is.”
D-6848 huffs and turns off the camera.
The camera turns on and is pointed at three other people. One security guard and two other D-class.
D-6848: “So let me get this straight. You want to send us into this pyramid and see how deep it goes?”
Dr. Smith: “Yes. Just a quick exploration and then you can be shipped back to the facility.”
The two D-class stood there awkwardly while the security guard was staring into the dark entrance.
D-6848: “So, who are you guys?”
D-class 2: “Im Larry, but these champs just call me D-8765.”
D-class 1: “Im Susan, but these tyrants call me D-6784”
Security Guard: “Im Marv. Don’t try to escape once we are inside. Im authorized to shoot you.”
Dr. Smith and Dr.[REDACTED] walks away as armed guards escort the team to the entrance. Marv nods at the guards and gestures to the D-classes to enter.
