Operation 19-O'Neil is a classified Level 5/5XXX dcoument. All attempts to illegally access this document will be met with swift demotion to D-Class personnel.

Operation 19-O'Neil requires the following substances:
- Soundproof Headphones
- Children's Stuffed Animal
- Tylenol-brand pain reliever
- 100 milliliters of Holy Water
- Class A Amnestic
- Appropriate surgical equipment

Operation 19-O'Neil is only to be conducted in the event of a breach. SCP-5XXX-A and 5XXX-B should be told that they are being "punished" for their wrongdoings. 3 doctors who have not taken the Hypocratic Oath are to conduct the operation. Subject's skull is to be opened through whatever means possible. Exactly one gram of brain tissue is to be taken out for any signs of concern. Once the substance has been examined, it is to be incinerated, and SCP-5XXX-A and/or 5XXX-B are to be placed in O.R.F¹Care. Should a discrepancy be spotted, both SCP-5XXX-A and 5XXX-B are to be placed in quarantine for 2 weeks. 100 milliliters of Holy Water are to be applied to the affected area of the brain. Operation 19-O'Neil is only to be carried out in the event of a moderate-severe breach of secrecy.
