Description: SCP-7027 is an entity created or summoned through inadvertent conceptualization by the victim. After conceptualization, SCP-7027 proceeds to maul the victim through means unknown. Wounds are continuously inflicted by SCP-7027, who is only visible to the victims, until induced amnesia is undergone. Further descriptions of SCP-7027's physical nature are strictly prohibited.

The first recorded interaction with SCP-7027 was in 1997, with ██████. Subject was taken into custody after a bystander phoned emergency services due to victim's sudden and abnormal physical trauma. Subject, after death, was found to have been under the influence of heavy hallucinogens, implying that perhaps the hallucinogens contributed to his initial conceptualization of SCP-7027.The interview was brief and informal, as ██████ was in severe pain, and a state of mental dysfunction.
Dr. Rinne: Can you hear me?
██████: <subject has difficulty responding, due to wounds to vocal tract>
Dr. Rinne: What is causing your wounds?
██████: [incoherent]
Dr. Rinne: Are you able to -
██████: <subject screams suddenly as new lacerations appear on his upper right arm> Leave me alone!
Dr. Rinne: Who are you referring to?
██████: It won't leave me alone, please, just make it stop, please [incoherent] please.
Dr. Rinne: Can you describe who you are talking about?
██████: It's right there, it's right there, please - oh fuck it's looking at me, it's looking at me!
<subject screams again, raising an arm to cover his face. Wounds appear on his forearm>Dr. Rinne: Can you elaborate? Describe what you are seeing.
██████: I saw it in my head, I saw it and it won't go away. It won't fucking go away.
Please…please just…<subject begins to sob>
The subject died only a few minutes later, despite the personnel's best efforts to sustain him. Similar circumstances occurred over the proceeding two decades, in which three other victims whose encounters with SCP-7027 matched those of ██████'s almost exactly. Two of the victims were saved due to quick action with the induced amnesia technology that has been developed.
