Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-4412 components are to be kept at a minimum of ███km apart indefinitely. Failure to comply could result in a WK-class Extinction event. All component security sites are to have a designated █km radial exclusion zone in which all unauthorised personnel are to be terminated by Wilko-12²before compromising any of the critical containment bunkers, and a further ██km Amber zone in which constant surveillance of aforementioned zone is carried out by several agents and to intercept any personnel and carry out standard authorisation and debriefing practice.

Information is to be relinquished only to Level 4 personnel assigned to SCP 4412 and more intimate knowledge and details is strictly retained to Level 5 personnel at the 05 council's discretion. All personnel assigned to SCP 4412 are to have Class-C amnestic application after exposure to SCP 4412's containment and files both authorized and unpermitted. Personnel assigned to SCP 4412 are to be cycled on a permanent basis; with expiration, termination, disciplinary action or other qualification for disposal of personnel is to be immediately acted upon with the appropriate personnel replaced by qualified personnel.

Access to SCP 4412-1's components containment sites is to be carried out via untraceable means without exception. Furthermore, SCP 4412-1's, containment sites are to be kept level 5 classified. Any discovery of SCP 4412-1's components containment sites is to be immediately amended through moving the Components to secure locations with armed, untraceable escorts.

SCP 4412-1-A through C³ are to be kept at all times in 4 cubic metre reinforced steel cubes with SCP 4412-1-A containment cube being lined with ████████ and ███. These cubes are to be kept suspended in outer cubes of the same materials measuring 6 cubic metres. These outer cubes are to be vacuum sealed and devoid of organic or susceptible matter.An Airlock and a Decontamination chamber are to be fitted to the entrance to the outer containment chamber complex. This complex is to be solely accessed by an elevator shaft at least ███m deep. Control and monitoring of the provisional site is to be monitored from a station █km away which is also submerged for public concealment.

All Equipment within these containment sites are to be hermetically sealed and kept fully maintained bi-weekly to ensure containment. Access to the inner cubes is to be permitted to qualified containment engineers who must wear Bio-hazard suits with isolated oxygen supplies. Maintenance access is to be strictly limited to the outside containment chamber.

In the event of breach of separation; climatological , meteorological ,seismic and Biological hazards will spike to unprecedented levels and prioritized re-containment will be executed by MTF-Wilko 12 with SCP 4412-2. Evacuation is not prioritised and will not occur before attempted re-containment. Incidents are to be covered up by reports of extreme climate change and all SCP 4412 instances are to be moved to temporary vacuum storage at Site-██.See Addendum 4412-1.3 for more info

Addendum:

SCP-4412 is to be kept under Info-hazard Lockdown Procedures due to recent leaks and events revolving around attempted external retrieval and interception of SCP-4412's separated components. All security measures, details, locations and other sensitive data is to be censored to all unless at the 05 council's discretion.

Description:
SCP-4412 is a collection of 20^th century Meteorological measuring devices and their case including a Thermometer, Barometer and Humidometer⁴.Nothing in aesthetic appears anomalous about SCP 4412 instances over than severe amalgamations of rust and indecipherable scales and unknown elements in their composition assumed to be the vector for their anomalous activity.

SCP-4412-1 instances possess the capability to manipulate particles and energy levels corresponding to the variables they measure as follows:

• SCP-4412-1-A can manipulate temperatures to extremes of ████
• SCP 4412-1-B can manipulate gas to extraordinary pressures and depressions of ████PSI
• SCP 4412-1-C can manipulate liquid particles to high pressures and depressions including controlling water flow and corrosion of up to ██pH conditions.
• All have demonstrated an effective manipulation range of ████m
• All have demonstrated high levels of Autonomy and can cause severe damage to Biological substances and are speculated to be sentient of their surroundings due to their autonomous nature.

Since the full magnitude of SCP 4412-1's anomalous activity is unknown disposal into Space is being considered vacuum storage has proved effective at negating and containing SCP 4412 instances however is evidently not sustainable.

All objects display a natural affinity towards each other and will utilise all their anomalous properties to reunite. This attraction will eventually culminate in the fusing of the components into 4412-1.The proximity of SCP 4412-1-A through C to each other directly correlates to the potency of their anomalous capabilities and thus it is imperative to restrain and separate the instances by any means presented to the foundation.

SCP 4412 was originally recovered from a Church of the Broken God mission church in which armed members assaulted Foundation Agents, dispatched to investigate activity in the area, ████ and █████ were Terminated .Following this Wilko 12 was deployed to recover the object and were successful; this was followed immediately by biohazard transport see addendum 4412.1.1 for more details.

SCP 4412 is ascertained to be one of the most fundamental assets/deities of the GoI Church of the Broken God⁵ and as such several attempts have been made to intercept or retrieve SCP 4412-1-A and B from foundation custody. + Addendum 4412-1.1

[After the initial discovery by Field agents ██████ and ████ the CBG Mission church in ███████ville, Oregon. Foundation and local law enforcement personnel (informed of terrorists with weapons) surrounded the building; ordering the immediate surrender and confiscation of assets of the Church. Members barricaded the doors and prepared for a siege. Gas agents and force were used to disperse the members. In the ensuing firefight ██ members were killed and █ were captured and interrogated. However SCP 4412 was not immediately located having been released prior to the raid in a 'Sermon' ritual.

At ██:██ hrs. GMT Upon MTF Epsilon 13 encountering SCP 4412 reports of extreme storms and climatological activity had been distributed. Wilko 12 engaged with caution. 4412 [DATA REDACTED] and 4 Epsilon 13 members expired. However the team was able to utilise 4412-2 upon discovery to contain 4412-1 temporarily.

+Addendum 4412-1-A.2

[SCP 4412-1-A has demonstrated the capability to change the molecular structure of solids under influence of its anomalous thermal emittances into an indiscernible unidentifiable viscous liquid of Ph. 3.12 and concentration of 18.27/m³ and unknown composition once changed state⁶. It seems all instances of this fluid share the exact same properties ,except manipulation,and the temperature that SCP 4412-1-A emits. Instances discovered are to be disposed of via incineration, vacuum storage or through SCP ████.

[SCP 4412-B has continually enacted minor breaches of containment. It was noted that ventilation seemed to be its primary method of autonomy. Removing ventilation and making its chamber devoid of vector gas rendered SCP 4412-1-B predominantly inert.

It is also to be noted that 4412-1-B can manipulate gas within biological organisms and can utilise the gas often leading to the victim becoming under direct influence of 4412-1-B or C. Biological exposure to SCP 4412-1-B often results in death of subject by suffocation or [DATA REDACTED].It is also to be noted that revision of containment protocol has made this redundant as vacuum storage is now a mandatory element implemented in the containment of 4412.]

[Transport entails a convoy of ███ vehicles with a minimum of ██ Armed personnel. Vacuum sealed lockers are to be kept Level 4 clearance sealed. Installation into containment chambers is to be executed by two engineers in Bio hazard suits with isolated oxygen supplies. Lockers are to be sealed into the new containment chambers.
