Special Containment Procedures: To contain SCP-4974-1, a brainwashed person that carries SCP-4974, two or more Class-C personnel must trap it and be in the same room with it facing each other on opposite sides of the room. Anyone in the same room with SCP-4974 should try to make as little eye contact with SCP-4974. Both must wear a RGY (red, green, and yellow) shirt at all times and wear specially made sunglasses. This doesn't apply to blue but if one is affected by any color the other is to hop in front of them immediately.
Description: SCP-4974 (also known as the Tactical Traffic Light) is to be kept in a dark room at all times and should never be gazed at without specially made sunglasses and for more than 5 seconds an hour. If its light turns green anyone who looks at it will run at an abnormal pace with no ability to turn until they hit something or see red or yellow. If its light is yellow anyone that looks at it will slow down until they see green. If its light is red their anyone who looks at it will black out and their whole body will be paralyzed. Anyone affected by SCP-4974 will become SCP-4974-1 who has eyes that shine the same color as it does. SCP-4974 may shine blue causing anyone that stares at it to lose all control and lift it around the facility at a slow pace as it shines randomly.
Addendum: SCP-4974 should be kept away from flashlights, light bulbs, and disco balls as it may affect those too.1
