Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4465 is to be kept in a 10X12 ft standard live specimen container with the following: a bed, sheets, a desk, a chair, a mat, and several recreational objects of her choice. SCP-4465 is to be fed regularly at: 9:00AM, 12:AM, and 6:00PM. Every four (4) weeks or so her room should be cleaned and she should be moved elsewhere. SCP-4465 is allowed to move around the light containment zones and upper zones of the facility, as long as at least one (1) person is with her at all times.
If SCP-4465 falls into one of her trances for longer that a six (6) hour period, personnel are to begin Protocol-4465-A and begin testing immediately. Should seizures and other abnormalities occur, than Protocol-4465-AB should be initiated and the Site Director notified.
Description: SCP-4465 is a caucasian woman in her early 30's named Charlotte Hedger, standing at about 180.42cm (5'11) and weighing in at 127 lbs (about 57 kg). With brown eyes when inactive and brown hair as well. SCP-4465 can speak English and Canadian French fluently. She typically enjoys reading books and talking to other humanoid SCP's, though prefers to stay away from other zones of the facility.
At random times, SCP-4465 will enter a "Trance State" though she claims (and has shown capable of) that she can enter this state at will. When this occurs, SCP-4465 will be able to view someone else's perspective as if she was that person, who will be designated SCP-4465-1. Though she is unable to control said person, she will stay in his/her perspective for up to four (4) and a half years, yet she isn't in this trance state for more than a month at max. Although these are mostly random and don't usually last for more than an hour, SCP-4465 can view events from different time periods using this ability and has done so more than once.
When in trance state, SCP-4465 has reported feeling everything SCP-4465-1 does and says as if she was saying it herself. Though she does not seem to remark anything else other than the sun always seeming dimmer than how she sees it outside of these trances.
Protocol-4465-A is used when SCP-4465 falls into a trance for longer than six (6) hours. Where SCP-4465 will receive condensed nutrition and other substances to keep her alive. Protocol-4465-AB is used if SCP-4465 begins to have seizures and other abnormalities. Where SCP-4465 will try to be awakened in any way possible, as when these happen for longer than thirty minutes SCP-4465 will report extreme mental and physical pain that can last for weeks.
Recovery Log: SCP-4465 came into Foundation contact on 10/4/1991 when she went into trance state in her friends car driving home from a party near [REDACTED], Canada. During this event, she started to have seizures and her eyes rolled into her head. When one of her friends called 911, she was taken to a mental hospital and later recovered by the Foundation. After three (3) hours, she woke up and screamed in Russian; "I need some water, please!" before passing out for the rest of the evening. At 8:36AM personnel woke her up and presented her with 20 gallons of water from a local gas station and some food. It has been determined that she was looking through the perspective of a Russian man named Stepan (last name unknown) that was rioting against the Soviet Union in Kiev when he was shot by a local Russian policeman one week earlier.

Dr. Miles: Good morning, miss, erm…
(Dr. Miles looks to Agent [REDACTED] for SCP-4465's name, though he shakes his head and mouths the words "that's why your here Doc!")
SCP-4465: My name is Charlotte Hedger.
Dr. Miles: Thank you, may I ask you some questions please?
SCP-4465: Sure, what else am I supposed to do? Coming in here the place looks like the most state of the art prison I'd ever seen. And what does SCP even mean?
Dr. Miles: I'm afraid I can't tell you that quite yet until we know more about you. First question; when we found you, you were having a sort of seizure and your eyes flashed bright green. Do you know why?
SCP-4465: Woah, really? thats some pretty freaky stuff. I mean, I've taped myself for when I go into my trances, but I don't think any of them have that in them.
Dr. Miles: And were are these tapes, may I ask?
SCP-4465: At my house.
(Dr. Miles jots down the address of her home before containment and hands it to Agent [REDACTED].)
Dr. Miles: Can you tell us what happens during these "trances"?
(SCP-4465 proceeds to explain the information above in this file.)
Dr. Miles: And all of this is true?
SCP-4465: Yeah, I mean, I think, can I go get some water now?
Agent [REDACTED]: We have plenty.
Test Log 4465-01R:

Description: SCP-4465 is told to go into a trance and picture Julius Caesar, SCP-4465 falls into a trance after 4 minutes. Note this test is much later than the Interview above and SCP-4465 has since been tested on multiple times.
SCP-4465 awakens 1 hour later and describes being in one of Caesars close friends. Though his name is undetermined, he is described on a horse in Gaul riding to West Germania to talk to Caesar when his horse falls over and sprains it's ankle. He then begins to walk to a local village and is greeted into the governor's house, where he is handed another horse and resumes his journey again. When he finally reaches where Caesar is, the camp is under attack and he is wounded by one of the barbarians and taken to a field hospital nearby when the battle is finally finished. It is determined that Caesar's friend dies of his wounds, and the trance ends there.
