Even though there are no pictures for this Scp, subjects describe it a mummified creature covered in black smoke and there are blue-ish green-ish fire surrounding this Scp.
The facility even has bunch of recorded attempts it does, some witnesses even said that this Scp summons there dead loved ones telling them to suicide, a lot of subjects have died from the traumatic experiences from this Scp-Necro and the lucky ones that survived the encounter with Scp-Necro have died from unknown reasons.
A lot of scientists theorize that this particular Scp is a necromancer hired by towns from Europe to bring back souls of there loved ones that died from the Black Death as it has rags dating back from the 1800's, and in one theory said that this Scp-Necro will be immortal if given the right amount of souls although not proven this is the most reasonable explanation for it to go crazy when near a human or any living creature.
Scp-Necro can talk but its really hard to understand cause of its withering vocal cords but since this Scp can talk the scientist named it differently instead of numbers they used letters to name this Scp acknowledging the new district at the main facility and this district is used for new Scp's that need to be contained in a room made from Titanium.
A lot of scientists from the facility are staying away from this Scp and containing it using a box made of Titanium and is required to be assisted by an AI.
