Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m basic humanoid containment chamber with a writing desk and a queen-sized bed. Pen and paper are to be given if requested. SCP-XXXX is to be escorted out of its cell every 1-2 weeks for questioning and socializing with level 1 or higher staff in either a break room or in a secure office. Any attempts to escape or otherwise leave Site-██ will be met with non-lethal force, either by shoving and nudging it back into the facility or in a worst case scenario, be shot with a taser. 10 m x 10 m x 20 m airtight cell completely devoid of windows, vents and objects. Cell is to be kept under 24-hour observation and any sound coming from inside the cell is to be recorded. Cell is composed of solid titanium walls 3m thick coated in grease with a fresh coat applied every 2 weeks. Cell is surrounded by a moat of corrosive liquid (acid is preferable) and is guarded by at least 10 personnel, equipped with fully automatic weapons chambered in armour-piercing 5.56x45mm rounds. Any unusual movement spotted inside the cell should be reported to the site director immediately. In the case of a containment breach, SCP-XXXX is to be contained by any means necessary, even if it requires other SCPs to be left completely unsupervised. Any or all nearby MTF units are to respond immediately, provided they are suitably equipped and have more than 6 members.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an extremely advanced artificial humanoid 1.93 meters tall, composed of a stainless steel skeleton physically identical to a humans, synthetic skin with anomalous regenerative properties and wearing a uniform that is consistent with that of the Canadian Armed Forces. Aside from uncovered "elbows" that expose a network of wires and tubes with currently unknown fluid in them, its features are almost identical to that of A Caucasian male in his mid-thirties with brown hair and brown eyes. Lieutenant ██████ ██████ of the ████ infantry. SCP-XXXX is capable of speech, logical thinking, reasoning, and other traits which a normal human would typically possess. Subject shows slightly above average intelligence and knowledge of a variety of subjects such as history and mathematics and can learn languages. However, while it does possess a fairly large amount of knowledge of the foundation and can recite the containment procedures and description of numerous SCPs (often stating them with a noticeable hatred) how it managed to locate Site-██ is currently unknown. SCP-XXXX is also capable of operating and repairing over ███ weapons including (but not limited to) guns, pikes, swords, muskets, cannons and a wide variety of knives. Entity was manufactured by a currently unknown group ███████ corp (See after action report). SCP-XXXX does not require sustenance but has been observed eating human food. It is unknown where said food goes. Needs the currently unidentifiable liquid that was present in its tubes around the "elbows." Which needed to be changed every ██ months but was not known until the manual was obtained (See after action report). Without the unidentified liquid, SCP-XXXX enters a rage state which renders it hostile to humans. when in said rage state, SCP-XXXX demonstrates extreme resistance to damage. Often resisting massive blunt-force trauma and shots from automatic weapons. When damage is dealt to it, SCP-XXXX can replenish its "skin" and other parts of its body by touching one of the following materials:

• Sand (Probably due to the environment it was engineered to see combat in)
• Stainless steel (cannot absorb normal or rusted steel)
• Kevlar
• Some types of lead (research is still ongoing)
• Bronze
• Copper

Note from Dr ███████: The fact that it regenerates from some types of lead should probably be a sign to update the containment procedures you bloody idiots.

When in this state SCP-XXXX attacks any human (who will from this point on be referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) and kills it by tearing out its heart and yelling angrily: "Heartless am I?" Note that this is it's preferred method of killing and SCP-XXXX has been observed killing with:

• Blunt objects
• Guns
• living organisms (see experiment log XXXX-1)
• [DATA EXPUNGED] ongoing investigation has not determined the source and a connection to SCP-████ is deemed unlikely.

Recovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered outside Site-██ [DATA EXPUNGED] but was stopped by on-site security personnel before it could do more damage. SCP-XXXX willingly entered foundation custody but broke every restraint that was put on it and on-site security personnel were unable to restrain it and could only watch as it wandered freely throughout the facility and had to be persuaded to go into an interview room.

I don’t get it, SCP-XXXX wasn’t a threat. Sure, it was potentially dangerous to staff because of its regenerative abilities and downright ignorance but how could it have happened? What did they do?

First interview with SCP-XXXX exactly ██ minutes after recovery

Dr ████enters the room, closes the door and takes a seat at a metal table and faces SCP-XXXX's direction

Dr ████: Hello XXXX

(SCP-XXXX nods but doesn't speak)

Dr ████: Do you know why I am here?

SCP-XXXX: I have to answer some questions

Dr ████: Very good

SCP-XXXX: How old is this place doctor?

Dr ████: I am not cleared to answer that and let me remind you that I ask the questions.

SCP-XXXX: Oh I know how that feels.

Dr ████: Ok, first question, how did you find this facility?

SCP-XXXX: I could detect heat signatures under [REDACTED] I knew I wouldn't be welcome but at least I would be safe.

Dr ████: Only if you comply

(SCP-XXXX makes a strange electronic beeping which is assumed to be laughing)

SCP-XXXX: Oh Dr ████, I suppose you don't know my intended purpose?

Dr ████: Your uniform suggests you were at some point, in the Canadian military.

SCP-XXXX: At some point? Doctor, I hope you are not implying that I have been discharged.

Dr ████: You can't possibly think that you could still be…

(SCP-XXXX slams its hand on the metal table, creating a sizable dent and stands up)

SCP-XXXX: You let that ungrateful bastard know that my actions were in response to gunfire! Those villagers were a threat that had to be neutralized and I wasn't letting some farmers get in my damn way!

Dr ████: What farmers? What villagers? Who's this "ungrateful bastard"?

SCP-XXXX: Don't play dumb doctor, I know General Adams is here, lurking in the shadows, sending more men to their deaths without a thought. Let me make this clear, I. Am. Not. Heartless.

Dr ████: This interview is over.

(Dr ████ backs out of the room and security personnel escort SCP-XXXX back to its cell.)

Note from O5-█: How did SCP-XXXX know Dr ████'s name?or that he's a doctor? could it be possible that ██████ corp obtained information about the foundation or even worse, if they got it from other groups of interest in exchange for… I need confirmation that this is the only instance of SCP-XXXX.

Why can SCP-XXXX speak fluent English, Russian, Japanese and so on, but can't laugh? I find the fact that it has a sense of humour and can perform other linguistic tasks with ease but can't laugh as strange. Was this intentional? Also, am I the only one who's worried that SCP-XXXX seemed to already know its designated number? -Researcher Walsh

After action report-XXXX-1

Two (2) days after the recovery of SCP-XXXX, a radio message sent from ████████████ concerning ███████ military base █km (█mi) away from Site-██ that had gone silent for four (4) days was intercepted by the foundation. Considering SCP-XXXX’s alleged military background, the task force that was sent to the base was rerouted, given amnestics and under the belief that SCP-XXXX was constructed by Anderson Robotics, MTF Gamma-13 ("Asimov's Lawbringers") was sent to ███████ military base to investigate.

Lt ██████: You terminate if absolutely necessary, we aren't supposed to be tying up loose ends and I don't think the government will think very highly of the foundation if we kill their own troops.

(Lt ██████ makes some adjustments to his helmet-cam as the troop transport comes to a stop and the doors open)

(MTF proceed to secure a large open airfield completely devoid of any aircraft.)

Unknown MTF member: Lieutenant take a look at this!
