Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5176 is to be contained in a steel security safe lock box at all time and only personel designated for termination will be show'd SCP-5176.In the security safe/in the contaiment room,no cameras are allowed and testing should be made with radios.if any personel take SCP-5176 outside of is chamber the personel will be terminated.The security safe is kept on a standard white table.

Description: SCP-5176 is an photo of a Romanian soldier who's name is Victor [REDACTED].The photo was found in a military base in 23/2/1998 on the floor of a locker room after multiple military soldiers that have seen the photo have reported nausea,bleeding from mouth and severe nightmares with the soldier in the photo appearing in their dreams and haunting them.After that SCP-5176 was transported to site-⬛⬛⬛ in USA/[REDACTED] for containing and researching.The poto is rezistent to fire and water,and every termination atempt by afected personels by SCP-5176-1,every termination atempt failed, after that multiple incidents where personel accidentaly or intentional the access to enter SCP-5176 contaiment chamber was permited only by level 4 or higher researchers and SCP-5176 was moved in a security safe with a 5 digit code safe door access.The man in the photo was 43 years old in a soldier costume,the photo was made in 1987 during the communist regime in Romania.After the photo was made his wife said that he suicided lefting a letter saying "Am avut prea multa suferinta.E timpul sa plec".The letter cannot be destroyed and is kept at site⬛⬛ for research.
