The Arrival of the Anomaly - To the Foundation's Knowledge

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is an event and therefore cannot be contained.
Description: SCP-XXXX was an event that occurred on 27th of May 2019. A mysterious man named 'Doctor Aaron Dire' that claims to be an researcher for the Foundation contacted the Foundation claiming that he had found an anomaly. Upon questioning, it was revealed that Aaron Dire is from an alternate timeline where Napoleon Bonaparte never rose to power, and that the French revolution never happened. The anomaly that Mr. Dire had reported is a late 18th century French Suit (see Interpretation II), potentially capable of changing the course of history.
Mr. Dire claims that in his timeline, the development of technology and science were greatly neglected, as the world wars never happened, therefore development of society and technology were delayed and often dismissed.
