Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is to be stored inside a metal locker and NEVER OPENED. SCP-4XXX is to never be moved off the campus of ██ ██████ ███████. The room that SCP-4XXX is stored in is only accessible to select personnel and never to be entered by any school faculty. Unauthorized personnel that have entered SCP-4XXX’s containment chamber are to be given amnestics ASAP.

Description: SCP-4XXX is a slap-on bracelet with an ocean water texture pattern. SCP-4XXX is made from silicone and cheap fabric. It functions like a normal slap-on bracelet having no physical anomalous properties. SCP-4XXX’s anomalous properties manifest as soon as an individual has made physical contact and/or visual contact with the object, and will now be referred to as SCP-4XXX-1. Anytime SCP-4XXX-1 responds to a question with ‘no’ one of SCP-4XXX-1’s limbs will spontaneously vanish, causing severe blood loss. SCP-4XXX-1 will not die as a result of this effect, regardless of the amount of blood lost, and will appear to be in extreme pain. The order in which limbs are removed is akin to the game hangman: hands, feet, arms, legs, head. SCP-4XXX-1 will finally die after their head is removed. Limbs cannot be recovered or replaced as a result of SCP-4XXX’s effects. Even after amnestics, SCP-4XXX’s effects will still effect SCP-4XXX-1. SCP-4XXX cannot be removed from ██ ██████ ███████’s campus and any attempts to transport SCP-4XXX have resulted in it appearing in a random classroom on ██ ██████ ███████’s campus. The reasoning for this is currently unknown.
