Description: SCP-XXXX or Death's Hat, is an old style top hat with a white stripe just above the brim. Death's Hat was worn by SCP-XXXX-1 before it was taken by SCP-███. After staff reported seeing the hat, it was later taken and studied. SCP-XXXX-1 is a humanoid figure wearing a striped suit and stands at an estimated height of 6-7 meters. The hands and skull of SCP-XXXX-1 are believed to be bone. SCP-XXXX-1 has a wide grin and sunken eyes. It has been believed that SCP-XXXX-1 is death itself, after some researchers noticed the figure seen in a few photos before some unfortunate event took place. The figure can cloak itself at any given time and can only be seen by thermal vision.

It's believed that SCP-XXXX-1 enjoys to play around with the staff in a predatory way. SCP-XXXX has been used to help study SCP-XXXX-1 by placing it inside glass shipping containers. SCP-XXXX-1 has been observed to be unable to comprehend items with multiple shapes, (like a shipping container), and has trouble noticing glass. The figure seems to be able to bend reality and mess with time. By seeing it's so far known abilities, scientist:█████, concludes that SCP-XXXX-1 can take the hat at any time, but chooses to mess around with us, only taking the hat when it seeks disasters.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX-1 has been said to speak to staff at random. It's most preferred topic is "life". Staff have recalled in some interviews that he speaks with a deep and high pitched tone, he also pauses often and takes deep breaths between 10-15 words. It was also noted that after having SCP-XXXX-1 leave that the person he was talking with would have visions of places that were later discovered either in the world or with in an scp.
