Special Containment Procedures: The password for SCP-XXX is to be automatically changed every 15 minutes via a randomly generating password program. In the event a player does join, they are to be kicked immediately. SCP-XXX and its occupants are to be observed daily, and interacted with every-other-day.

Description: SCP-XXX is a standard multiplayer server within the first person shooter video game Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, developed by Infinity Ward. The server is capable of holding up to twenty four players, twelve of the server's slots being taken by non-playable, computer controlled opponents (often referred to as "bots".) SCP-XXX frequently rotates maps every twenty four hours, it's maps modified to include a day and night cycle. The host and server location for SCP-XXX is currently unknown. As of 22/4/20██, host ownership has been transferred to the internet server of Site ██. Upon connecting to SCP-XXX, the player is often greeted by a described "Lifeless scene considering a shooter game", with the only audible sounds being the normal ambient sounds of whichever map SCP-XXX is currently using. The game will run normally without error or anomalous properties until the player encounters an NPC, referred to as SCP-XXX-A.

Instances of SCP-XXX-A, when encountered, will warn the player off using both pre-recorded battle chatter lines as well as text each instance is capable of writing themselves into the game's built in chat system, often with little to no grammatical errors. NPC's will surround the player, beginning a vote-kick against them, ensuring the player has no chance to harm any other NPC's. The NPC's appear to be intelligent and capable of feeling emotions, as well as possessing the ability to feel pain. They are also able to move freely as if they were in control of their bodies completely rather than following a certain pattern of animations they were programmed with. This allows instances of SCP-XXX-A to both hide easier and be more effective during combat, as well as improved interaction in displays of body language. The instances are capable of life-like movement and can interact with objects in their environment in the same sense human beings can in the real world.
