Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4902 should be contained in room measuring 10m from each side and have all nessesary materials that is listed in [DATA REDACTED]. SCP-4902 is to be allowed to walk inside the Site-██ everyday excluding Sunday, between 8AM EST and 14PM EST, and allowed to have any physical activity on Sunday outside of Site-██ if it wishes to, but only allowed to walk 50m from current location of Site-██ . If it walks beyound this distance, Electronic Device that is in brain of SCP-4902 will be activated and cause temporary paralysis that would last 1 hour after it's activation. During that time, SCP-4902 would be put back into its container and be observed carefully. Experimentation on SCP is strictly prohibited and noone is allowed to do anything that may enrage SCP-4902 and anyone responsible for that will be terminated.
Description: SCP-4902 resembles male humanoid in mid 20s, with height of 1.80 meters and weight of 67 kg. SCP-4902 contains large eyes in middle of his hands, SCP-4902-1 (eye in right hand) and SCP-4902-2 (eye in left hand). According to him, he uses SCP-4902-1 to absorb every matter that he desires and is aware of, and gains memory of that matter before it was absorbed. He also mentioned that there is limit on how much matter he can absorb, but he didn't want to tell us the limit. He uses SCP-4902-2 to return any matter that he absorbed during his lifetime, in perfect state, back to the world.
SCP-4902 was discovered inside of temple ██████ , located in western ██████ in 13/12/19██, when agent ███████ found him, the temple where he resided [DATA REDACTED]. Day after, he was brought to Site-██, located in █████. He was very cooperative and was willing to answer any of our questions. Altrough he didn't like the idea of being contained, he accepted it after Dr. ███ offered him [DATA EXPUNGED].
Attempts of taking any photos or videos of SCP-4902 were unsucessful, because [DATA REDACTED]. He also revealed his real name which was [DATA REDACTED], but prefers to be called "Zuter".
SCP-4902 is capable of speech, being fluent in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Latin, Every Slavic Language, Italian and over 49 more languages. He has gentle tone according to many, and by some people he can "somehow befriend anyone just by talking"
When asked about his age, he didn't want to disclose that information, but did tell us that he was alive since [DATA REDACTED]. If what he is telling is true, then he is one of the oldest SCPs found ever. Doctors were so impressed by this statement that they say that SCP-4902 may be "one of smartest living beings ever alive."
He has shown to have very high Intelligence, estimated to be IQ of 256 when IQ tests took place. He has also shown have very good understanding of history, geography, medicine, physics, chemistry and astronomy. SCP-4902 also revealed to hate [DATA EXPUNGED].

It seems that SCP-4902 emits strange kind of radiation that was never recorded anywhere on this planet and in universe. Radiation doesnt have any harmful/dangerous properties to humans or any animals, but it does contain [DATA REDACTED].
Addendum 4902.2
When SCP-4902 was asked method of gaining SCP-4902-1 and SCP-4902-2, he responded that man with a mask approached him and said "everything will be over soon". After that he fell asleep due to unknown reasons. When he woken up, he saw [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is been theorised that the man with a mask may well be SCP-███.
