Description: SCP-XXXX is a 6x6 meter patch of grass (Poaceae).SCP-XXXX is similar to a patch of grass in chemical and physical structure, with the only noticeable difference being that it does not undergo mitosis, nor do any of its cells undergo apoptosis, effectively meaning it does not grow. How this occurs is still unknown. SCP-XXXX anomalous effects occur when walking through it. when any animal attempts to move through SCP-XXXX they will quickly fall through and reappear in SCP-XXXX-1. From limited exploration of SCP-XXXX-1, we have seen that all observable non-organic material has been replaced with organic tissue. despite this most things still behave like they would on earth, grass made of rock still blows in the wind and can be pulled apart quite easily. SCP-XXXX-1's atmosphere consists of a combination of skin cells, animal fur and blood cells, giving the place a blood red look. To return to normal reality one must enter back though the entry location.

HB: Yes the grass.
D-72140 places both feet on SCP-XXXX and begins to sink into SCP-XXXX.
D-72140: What the [EXPLETIVES REDACTED], why cant i move my feet and why am i sinking?
HB: relax D-72140 this is all part of the test.
D-72140 takes sevreal deep breaths before repeating the line "its going to be fine" until fully sinking in SCP-XXXX
HB: D-72140 please refrain from unnecessary oxygen intake, you only have limited amount
D-72140: oh, sorry.
D-72140 begins breathing normally. at this point it is believed D-72140 is in SCP-XXXX-1.
D-72140: what the hell!
HB: D-72140 can you describe what you are seeing.
D-72140: oh yeah, umm, the grass here looks like its made of stone but moves like normal grass there is also some trees that look like their made of some type of plastic. its daytime but it is more red then normal.
HB: D-72140 can you get samples of the grass and the trees?
D-72140: oh yeah ill try.
D-72140 is seen trying to pull out a blade of grass, the grass shows initial resistance before eventually coming out.
D-72140: yeah I got a sample of grass, it feels heavy.
HB: can you get a sample of the trees.
D-72140: I can try.
D-72140 pulls out his knife and cuts a chunk of plastic from the tree. upon doing so a gust of wind immediately leaves the tree.
D-72140: what was that?
HB: what was what?
D-72140: a gust of wind just hit me, it feels like it came from the tree.
HB: dismiss that wind for now, do you see anything else?
D-72140: no most of here is just plastic trees and stone grass.
HB: Keep looking around, report back if you find anything.
D-72140 looks around for approximately another hour. Extraneous logs removed
D-72140: I cant find anything else around here besides more plastic trees.
at this point D-72140 only has 2 hours left of oxygen and is asked to begin heading to the alternate version of SCP-XXXX
HB: D-72140 can you please start heading south-west of your current location.
D-72140: yeah umm, that's this way right?
HB: Yes that's the right way. Report back once you reach a metal pole in the ground or if you notice anything else.
D-72140 walks for about 30 minutes before reaching a metal pole in the ground marking SCP-XXXX-A.
D-72140: hey i found that metal pole thingy, what do i do now?
HB: Can you see anything else around where you are?
D-72140: hmm, not anything beside what I've seen before, Oh wait! i found this thing that looks like two plastic bottle caps molded together.
HB: Keep that for testing. Now D-72140 please place both feet on the grass near the metal pole.
D-72140 places both feet and begins sinking.
D-72140: The same thing is happening, am i going back.
HB: Yes you are. when you return not go anywhere from that location until officers arrive. failure to do so will result in termination.
D-72140: You don't need to be all aggressive about it i'm not going anywhere. (D-72140 mumbles something under his breath)
D-72140 appears near the amazon rain forest and local security officers are dispatched to collect D-72140. D-72140 is retrieved successfully.

Concluding notes: after returning the sample of the grass D-72140 collected turned into normal stone and fell apart, analysis from the plastic reveals it to be standard plastic used most commonly in water bottles. the two bottle caps molded together contained liquid nitrogen and hydrogen.
