Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept under extremely high concentrated voltage (2 MV<) at all times. This is done with the (HCV) invented by Dr. Jack Bright.
If at any time this is shut down, or fail to give a high enough output. DO NOT turn it back on immediately. By doing so there are very high chances of SCP-XXXX absorbing this power instead of having it contain SCP-XXXX. To Reactivate the containment a sacrifice must have it extract SCP-XXXX's power unto them, leaving them no longer alive. SCP-XXXX is only capable of on task at a time and will therefore be 'distracted' and the High Concentrated Voltage (HCV) can be turned back on.

*Description:* SCP-XXXX is a highly volatile object. It is shaped like a human hand, made of an unknown clear blue material. It was originally thought to be a well crafted glass creation, but the placement of every little atom is so precise at could not have been made by a human, nor a machine of our current technology.

Under testing the subjects exposed to SCP-XXXX has reported hearing a high pitch increasing in tone and decibels (dB) for about 4-7 seconds and then passing out and dying, while researching their corpses, they were found to have extreme amounts of increased blood in their brains, and blood flowing from all including body parts: Ears, Nose, Eyes and sometimes their mouth.
