Overview: SCP-3683 is a humanoid creature missing most of the skin on its face. However, there is a dark, void-like space instead of flesh. its left arm is made from exposed muscle, which has been determined to be made from the flesh of its victims and has exhibited extreme strength. There is another opening in its abdomen that houses similar properties to the one in its head.

Containment: SCP-3683 should be kept in a 3 ft. thick, 20 ft. high, and 20 ft. long steel containment center. 8 guards must be present at all times. 1 goat should be lowered into the area every 24 hours. Failure to do this will result in extreme aggression, in which case the state of the left arm should be monitored until anesthetics are administered and a new goat is lowered in. Failure to do this my result in a breakout, depending on the state of the left arm.

Effects and abilities: It is able to mimic the sound of a crying child, and affect how you perceive it.
It is able to live 111 years with no food or water, however it never goes that long without food and water. Its left arm is extremely strong as has been mentioned. SCP-3683 also houses regenerative properties and is able to survive being shot by a firing squad.

Method of attack: SCP-3683 uses its ability to mimic a child to lure adults to it. It then makes them see an injured child, so that they come closer to it. Once they are within 10 feet of SCP-3683, it reveals itself for what it is, and lunges at the person. Once it has tackled the adult, it will rip off the left arm of the victim and tear into is face, leaving them unrecognizable. Inside of the abdomen cavity, it houses a claw that rip the victims abdomen open as well, leaving them to die. within 3 hours, the victim will get up and do the same to others. The victim is now SCP-3683-a, and can be killed, unlike SCP-3683 itself.
