SCP-XXXX-1 instance seen assaulting a civilian during the 'blitz' stage (1936)

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is currently contained inside a underground 60'W x 100'L x 363'H chamber made of titanium alloy and concrete, the left and right side walls are equipped with 3 tesla coils with a charge of 1,000 volts at the ready if XXXX attempts to roar or break from containment. the top of the chamber has a 3 meter thick blast door that only opens if SCP-XXXX resists initial containment procedures, this is to prevent XXXX from walking into the facility and damaging equipment, the structure, and personnel). 2 maintenance access points are located near the telsa coils and 2 more are located at the bottom. If SCP-XXXX-1, 2, 3, or 4, attempt to breach these maintenance points, a δ-Delta lock down is to be put in affect and all SCP instances are to be neutralized quickly before a XXXX-5 instance emerges from SCP-XXXX. If a XXXX-5 emerges, a Θ-Theta lock down is to remain active until the XXXX-5 instance is wounded or if a containment breach is made by SCP-XXXX.
In the event of SCP-XXXX breaching containment and reaching the surface of Area - ██, a Ι-Iota lock down is to be put in affect and any civilian population within the area are to be alerted that a sandstorm is approaching (if located near a volcano, warn of incoming ash) and are to be told to remain in there homes until the storm passes.
Once SCP-XXXX has left the area, mandatory repairs to its containment cell and repairs on the power systems of Area-██.
If MTF Units are successful in disabling SCP-XXXX, 3 Mi-26 helicopters are to lift XXXX and lower it into its chamber.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a 138ft tall semi-humanoid creature made out of an unknown black, marble-like composite. The arms are Octagonal prisms with a Hexagonal pyramid tip, the legs are more rough and rocky and seem to crumble with each step XXXX makes, the chest is also rocky but the back has what appears to be two outgrowing crystal structures that pulsate a red color when XXXX roars or when the 'storm' stage is active. Finally the head of SCP-XXXX is mostly rocky with was appears to be its 'eyes to be flatted in a triangle shape but no noticeable pupil or even an eyelid.
SCP-XXXX has the ability to generate massive amounts of dust or ash and create storms that always puts XXXX in the center. Because of this the foundation successfully convinced scientists, meteorologists, and civilians that appearances of SCP-XXXX are simply sandstorms and falling ash from volcanoes.
Note: Not every sandstorm and volcano eruption is an instance of XXXX but it is believed that there are possibly identical forms of XXXX underneath super-volcanoes such as Yellowstone. the current XXXX was contained in the middle east which might link it to being originated from Mount Tambora (Researcher is still on-going).
SCP-XXXX Stages / Phases
Stage 0 (Awakening): SCP-XXXX embeds itself in the ground until awakening due to shifts in earths tectonics plates or if the ground near experiences seismic activity. XXXX emerges by 'liquefying' the ground and slowly rising up and re-solidifying the ground around it, even structures enter the liquefying process and simply re-solidify afterwards, humans, flora, and fauna enter this liquefying process but die upon solidifying. it is unknown how XXXX is capable of this and it is currently impossible to interrupt XXXX during this phase.
Stage 1 (Gathering): Once SCP-XXXX reaches the surface, it will begin to generate dust (or ash) for around 5 or 10 minutes until a ████ ██ storm cloud forms around itself.
Stage 2 (Storm): With the formed particle cloud, SCP-XXXX begins to start walking towards any civilian populated area closest to it, the number of civilians seemingly don't affect the path XXXX sets itself. if any personnel or vehicle is within a certain undetermined range near XXXX, electrostatic bursts (Lightning) with a red tint will randomly strike, this being XXXX attempting to disable / eliminate 'unauthorized' entities.
Stage 3 (Blitz): Being the most disastrous stage, SCP-XXXX will begin to form hostile instances identified as SCP-XXXX-1 - 7 (Read Addendum-14A and 14B for more information on these instances). These instances will begin to hunt and kill the nearest human, livestock, wild animal, and destroy small rural structures. this stage will last for an estimated 24 hours if nothing interferes with SCP-XXXX.
Stage 4 (Retreat): SCP-XXXX and any remaining instances will begin to merge with the ground and bury themselves. Personnel are required to stop SCP-XXXX from entering this stage.

Testing of SCP-XXXX Identified Instances:
**Test A - August 13th, 1980 **
Subject(s): D-31, SCP-XXXX-1
Procedure: Observe XXXX-1 attempting to assault D-31
Results: D-31 is terminated, test successful
Analysis: XXXX-1 charged in a zig zag pattern towards D-31, XXXX-1 pierced D-31's chest and held D-31 up until dust filled D-31's lungs.
Test B - August 17th, 1980
Subject(s): D-32, D-33 (both armed with cattle prods), XXXX-2
Procedure: Escort XXXX-2 through a set path
Results: D-32 and D-33 terminated, test failure
Analysis: Upon being struct by the cattle prod, XXXX-2's surface heated to 870°C, both D-class panicked, resulting in being attacked by XXXX-2. it is determined that XXXX-2 hunts prey using echo-location.
Test C - September 3rd, 1980
Subject: XXXX-3
Procedure: XXXX-3 is positioned in front of 4 layers of materials. one wall of hickory wood, one wall of concrete, one wall of steel, and one wall of obsidian. XXXX-3 is to be coaxed into shooting its beam through every wall.
Results: First 2 walls were destroyed, 3rd and 4th wall was penetrated, chamber wall was penetrated but damage was minor.
