An instance of SCP-XXXX-1 taken by United States Army personnel on Peleliu
Special Containment Procedures: Instances of SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 are currently uncontained; all attempts to contain or neutralize it have failed. Non-essential personnel who observe either SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 are to be treated with Class F amnestics and reassigned. If an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is captured by Foundation personnel, it will be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell until its eventual dissipation.
If SCP-XXXX summons an army of SCP-XXXX-1 and attempts an XK-class Type Alpha End of the World Scenario, AMTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") has been authorized to engage said instances of SCP-XXXX-1. If SCP-XXXX materializes, AMTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") will be ordered to withdraw and an AGM-86 ALCM with a thermonuclear warhead will be launched with the hopes that it will neutralize the threat. Afterward, MTF Gamma-5 ("Red Herrings") will be sent in to prevent the dissemination of knowledge about SCP-XXXX. If SCP-XXXX summons and an army of SCP-XXXX-1 to large for AMTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") to handle, AMTF Sigma-16 ("Big Boom") will be sent in to establish a perimeter. If the army of SCP-XXXX-1 instances is too large for the combined forces of all friendly GoI (Groups of Interest) and The Foundation, SCP-XXXX will be declassified to the major military forces of the globe and a joint coalition between all GoI and militaries around the world will be formed under O5 and other leaders of various countries and GoI's command.
MTF Sigma-16 ("Big Boom") is the largest MTF yet. MTF Sigma-16 consists of:
- 2250 foot soldiers armed with M4 Carbine assault rifles, M16A2 assault rifles, M249 light machine guns, Heckler & Koch G28 semi-automatic sniper rifles, fragmentation grenades, and 30 FGM-148 Javelin missile launchers
- 20 OSHKOSH M-ATV scout vehicles fitted with M2 Browning heavy machine guns
- 6 AH-64 Apache Longbow helicopters with 2 crew members in each
- 4 M1A2 Abrahms tanks with 4 crew members in each
- 2 ARCHER FH 77 BW L52 Howitzers with 3 crew members operating each
- 200 combat-trained support personnel
- 10 M970 fuel trucks carrying Diesel
- 6 OSHKOSH M978A4 Fuel Servicing Trucks carrying JP8 Jet fuel
- 10 MK25 Standard cargo trucks carrying food, water, and general supplies
In the event that SCP-XXXX-1 succeeds at causing an XK-class Type Alpha End of the World Scenario, Ennui Protocol will be activated. If no O5 personnel activate Ennui Protocol after 10 years, any individual(s) will be able to enter Research Site-45 and activate said protocol.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an incorporeal entity of unknown origin. SCP-XXXX is able to manipulate individuals and in some cases, take control of said individuals. SCP-XXXX is also able to summon instances of SCP-XXXX-1. Currently, SCP-XXXX is manipulating an unknown number of individuals and is estimated to be responsible for over one hundred eighty thousand (180,000) armed conflicts. Investigations into whether or not Foundation personnel being under the influence of SCP-XXXX is still ongoing.
SCP-XXXX-1 are entities that are able to be summoned by SCP-XXXX. They resemble current military personnel from across the globe and have gear appropriate for the time period they are in. Instances can be identified by having a black ballistic mask sealed to their faces and a serial number printed on the forehead of the mask. Instances have the ability to telepathically communicate with other instances of SCP-XXXX. Current estimates put the number of entities at between ten thousand (10,000) to three million (3,000,000) men. SCP-XXXX-1 entities appear to be sapient and appear to have been drilled similar to modern-day military personnel. SCP-XXXX-1 entities are also known to commandeer vehicles for military use. SCP-XXXX-1 entities treat SCP-XXXX as a deity and worship it through animal and human sacrifice.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 have no known genes in any database across the globe. Captured SCP-XXXX-1 entities eventually dissipate and disappear after forty-eight (48) in containment. Tracking devices fail to reveal anything and where instances disappear to is still unknown. Interrogations of SCP-XXXX-1 entities have revealed very little (see Interview Logs).
