Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a secure storage locker at Site-15. SCP-XXXX is only allowed out of containment for testing purposes. Unauthorized personnel caught accessing SCP-XXXX without proper clearance will face severe reprimands.
SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept in a secure storage facility at Site-15 as well. Two (2) armed guards are to watch over SCP-XXXX-1 at all times. Secure CCTV cameras are to be installed on the inside of SCP-XXXX-1's storage facility as well as the outside. GPS trackers are to be installed on both SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1.
All power sources should be located far away from SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1. Should containment breach of SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 occur, all security personnel are to immediately attempt to eliminate the wearer of SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1. If security fails to contain the threat, an on-site tactical EMP is to be armed and used against SCP-XXXX. On-site MTF forces are then to be sent in to secure SCPs that have potentially breached containment.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a wireless charger, with markings similar to that of Prometheus Labs and the Church of Maxwellism, that has the anomalous ability to 'charge' SCP-XXXX-1 and any living organism that wears SCP-XXXX-1. Organisms that are being 'charged' by SCP-XXXX show no signs of fatigue or need for sustenance, as long as a power source is connected to SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX-1 refers to an armored exoskeleton that runs on power provided by SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX provides a boost to the wearer's speed, agility, and strength. The material that SCP-XXXX-1 is made out of has proven to be very durable, able to withstand extreme pressure and/or heat.
Once SCP-XXXX is connected to SCP-XXXX-1, the wearer will be invulnerable to the outer elements and no weapon known to man, barring ones that produce electromagnetic pulses, can stop the wearer of SCP-XXXX-1. However, it is theorized that SCP-XXXX-1 is also self-repairing so several electromagnetic pulses will be required to give enough time to disable the wearer of SCP-XXXX-1.
Addendum-01: Recovery Log: SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 were found on 10/22/██, at an abandoned Prometheus Labs facility and safe house for the Church of Maxwellism, located at ██████, Texas. Attached to both SCP objects was a note that read:
