Containment Procedures: Scp-XXXX's cell must be coated in rubber, and must be air locked. After exiting, any personnel must activate the air sealant protocol. Only personnel with security clearance of 2 or higher is allowed in Scp-XXXX's containment cell. During certain hours of the day, site scientist study Scp-XXXX's interior. Up to four scientist accompanied by armed personnel must be in the room during studying.

Scp Description: Scp-XXXX was supposed to be a device made to turn computer data into solid matter, but never worked even close to what it was intended to do. Scp-XXXX invented by the mad scientist Dr.█████. Every 15 hours, it naturally shreds 12m3 of any mass. Scp-XXXX strangely can shred any material besides rubber, which is unknown why at the moment. The remnants of the object bunch together, making one larger object. The mass of the object is 5n1 kilograms. if the matter gains enough density, a black hole may be formed, but rubber bullets seam to be able to neutralize the singularity. If not shredded for 6 days, Scp-XXXX will shred air itself, but it has not shredded air to the point where anything bad has happened. If Scp-XXXX would ever successfully shred air, the result could be catastrophic. on the inside of Scp-XXXX is a complex system of computer chips and codes. There is a USB port, when plugged into device, 10 TB2 of extremely complex computer language is downloaded, and monitors crash unable to handle such data. March ██/████: prototype 12 seems promising, after a few tweaks, I should have solid data, now
national information can be safe from hacking groups trying to get our precious information.April ██/████: another flop, but prototype 12 seems to do more than just shred cheese, more testing is needed.
May ██/████: prototype 12's "remnants" seems to always be outrageously more massive than it should be depending on its volume, hope the density doesn't get out of wack, or else black holes will destroy Earth as we know it.
June ██/████: prototype 12 seems unstable, nearly lost my lab in the last testing, note, do not try to destroy the Earth. Rubber seems to be able to neutralize the the black hole, reducing it to shreds, better pick them up before they bunch up again.June ██/████: strange, prototype 12 is able to cut through titanium and steel, but it is unable to do a dent to rubber, this thing gets more and more interesting. Needs more testing.
June ██/████: there seems to be a pattern with the mass of "remnants" and the overall volume, needs more testing.
July ██/████ Eureka! the formula 5n, n being the "remnant's" volume, will give me the "remnant's" mass. now I know how much I should shred before testing "remnants".
June ██/████: son got to prototype 12 today, it's been tough lately, his funeral is next week, I should call it off, have only so much time that I can work on prototype 12 until the invention convention in August, the funeral will only get in the way.

*Dr.█████ is now kept in Class-D containment center due to knowledge of Scp foundations, "prototype 12" (now known as Scp-XXXX) is safely secured in class 2 containment sector.
Air Sealant Protocol
Step 1: exit Scp-XXXX containment cell.Step 2: make sure all doors are tightly sealed so no air enters.
Step 3: initiate air vent systems.
Step 4: check Scp-XXXX monitor.
Step 5: Repeat steps 2-4 until monitor reads sealed.
Step 6: report any malfunctions to Site administration.
Log of Site██ computer crash aftermath
Thanks to ignorance of Agent████, Site computer██ failed to operate correctly due to interaction with Scp-XXXX, and Site██ lost crucial date on Scp-████, Scp-███, and Scp-████. Fortunately, by 1200 site technicians were able to have the computer running, and then downloaded the data onto the mainframe, before it crashed again. Agent████ is to have a nine to ten month suspension, or will be fired all together.
