Special Containment Procedures
SCP-3781 is to be contained in a cell that is 40 by 40 by 40 by 40 metres, one D-Class personnel is to be put into SCP-3781's containment once a week. SCP-3781 is to be fenced in by a chain link fence that is 5 metres tall and 10 metres away from SCP-3781-3. SCP-3781 must be kept aboveground at Area-(DATA REDACTED) at all times in order to not repeat Incident-SCP-3781-1 and have a heavy loss of personnel. 2 armed guards must be stationed at every entrance to SCP-3781 and every 20 metres around SCP-3781 and operating on 8-hour shifts.
No less than 4 security cameras must observe SCP-3781 and SCP-3781-2 at all times. If a new anomalous behaviour is sighted, it must be reported immediately. Once a week, when the sun touches the horizon at dusk, one D-Class personnel must be forced into SCP-3781. This is to prevent a containment breach.
If SCP-3781 dies, all personnel are to evacuate immediately and a full site evacuation is to be ordered. No less than 10 attack helicopters are to be ordered to attack SCP-3781-2. This severely slows down SCP-3781-2's speed. SCP-3781-2 can only b contained if it is 15 kilometres away from any living humans. All personnel must be evacuated from Area-(DATA REDACTED) and A.S.A.P so SCP-3781-2 does not follow them to a shelter.
Description
At the top of this article is a drawing of SCP-3781 and SCP-3781-2 drawn by Dr.(DATA REDACTED) while a drone monitored SCP-3781-2 closely. SCP-3781 is a tree of unknown species that has no leaves but still needs UV-Rays in order to not die, however, it does not require water, and only the UV-Rays of the sun will sustain SCP-3781. SCP-3781 is approximately 6 metres tall. SCP-3781 is surrounded by dead bushes. SCP-3781 is theorized to control SCP-3781-2 to bring it the "leftovers" of SCP-3781-2's latest victim. SCP-3781 is fed by SCP-3781-2 once a week. SCP-3781 will slowly absorb its last meal over the of 6 days, then one day later at dusk SCP-3781 will "tell" SCP-3781-2 to feed on and then bring the "leftovers" of another human being that SCP-3781-2 will mercilessly hunt down at random.
SCP-3781-2 resembles a "Banshee" from Irish folklore. SCP-3781-2 is approximately 250-280 cm tall. SCP-3781-2 possesses 10-12 20-30 cm long teeth made from the same material the internal structure of SCP-3781-3. SCP-3781-2 also possesses 4 30-35cm long claws on each hand that are made from the same material as its teeth. SCP-3781-2 also has a pointed tongue that is 40-50cm in length that SCP-3781-2 uses to (DATA REDACTED) a victim (all measurements of SCP-3781 and SCP-3781-2 are not exact and only approximate.
SCP-3781-2 feeds once a week. When the sun is halfway below the horizon once a week, SCP-3781-2 will begin to wail causing all eardrums to burst within earshot. SCP-3781-2 will then track down a living human and pierce the arms using its claws to pin its victim to the ground. SCP-3781-2 will then through unknown means find every artery in the victim's body and pierce them using its teeth. The victim will then begin to bleed profusely as SCP-4404-2 begins to (DATA REDACTED) until no blood is left in the victim's body. SCP-3781-2 will then discard the limbs by cutting them off using its claws and then bring the head and torso to SCP-4404 and then SCP-4404 will begin to absorb the victim's body over the course of 6 days. This can be prevented by sending a sacrifice into SCP-3781 (a D-Class personnel) just before SCP-3781-2 feeds
SCP-3781-3 is a brick wall that surrounds SCP-3781. SCP-3781-3 can be chipped at 1cm into it but any more chipping is impossible. Dr.(REDACTED) requested to use explosives to test SCP-3781-3. REQUEST DENIED DUE TO SCP-3781-2'S HOSTILITY. SCP-3781-3 cannot be removed. SCP-3781-3 will grow over time when SCP-3781's location changes and the old wall will become a normal brick wall and cease to be indestructible by current test methods.
Request by Dr.(REDACTED) to use animals as sacrifice to SCP-3781-2 instead of D-Class personnel. PENDING APPROVAL BY 05 COMMAND.
Incident-SCP-3781-1
SCP-3781 fell over died on (DATA REDACTED) at (DATA REDACTED). SCP-3781-2 began to wail for 1 hour, bursting all eardrums within 200 metres. SCP-3781-2 proceeded to breach containment and attack and eat all humans within 15km. SCP-3781-2 almost allowed many other SCP's to escape but the quick thinking of personnel stopped a massive containment breach. SCP-3781-2 was attacked by the on area battalion. SCP-3781-2's progress was hindered. While not being attacked SCP-3781-2 travelled at (DATA REDACTED) knots. SCP-3781-2 was heading to a small town with approx. 147 citizens. So far (DATA REDACTED) personnel have been killed due to SCP-3781-2 or other escaped SCP's.
In the small town of (DATA REDACTED) that SCP-3781-2 was targeting 20 armed personnel blindfolded 123 of 147 residents. The 123 residents were brought to the town centre. The personnel exited the area but left this message blaring over a loud-speaker:
"DO NOT REMOVE YOU BLINDFOLD, DO NOT MOVE, IF YOU MOVE YOU WILL BE SHOT IMMEDIATELY"
Within 20 mins SCP-3781-2 reached the 123 residents and proceeded to slaughter and eat all 123 residents. The other 24 residents were either on vacation, shopping in another town/city or working in another town/city.
SCP-3781-2 then realized that there were no living humans within 15km and stopped. SCP-3781-2 sat down for 2 months before returning to the newly grown SCP-3781 that grew aboveground directly from its original container. A new SCP-4404-3 also grew through unknown means around SCP-3781 once again. SCP-3781's containment was then updated.
