Containment Protocols: All instances of RPC-093 are to be contained inside a standard Alpha-Class freezer-locker kept at room temperature at Site-██. Due to RPC-093's dormant nature, no active containment is required. Testing must be approved and overviewed by at least two (2) Level-3 researchers.

Description: RPC-093 its the collective name given to 40 anomalous doughnuts (designated RPC-093-1 through RPC-093-40). As of now, only 35 are in containment. Instances of RPC-093 are topped with marshmallow glaze and sprinkles of various colors. Instead of the interior of RPC-093 instances being made of bread, it is made of cerebral matter of an unknown source. Subjects report no difference in taste despite the insides of the object being made of an atypical material. In addition, the subject consuming an instance of RPC-093 will perceive the interior of the object as dough.

RPC-093's anomalous affects occur whenever any humanoid consumes an instance of it. RPC-093 will produce an instant change in behavior around 30 minutes after consumption. This psychological effect will make the subject who consumed RPC-093 cannibalistic, hostile to all human beings, as well as enhanced physical abilities to the average human. When questioned about their condition, affected personnel will claim that it comes as a natural instinct. Humans affected by the cognitiohazard produced by RPC-093 are still sentient. When RPC-093 is consumed by a humanoid with any mental abnormality, that ailment will be cured. Below is a log of tests involving RPC-093.

Subject: D-3029, Caucasian male, 39 years of age, with no mental or physical abnormalities.
Procedure: D-3029 is instructed to consume one instance of RPC-093.
Results: Anomalous properties of RPC-093 appear in subject after 29 minutes and 41 seconds. Subject proceeds to throw itself against the glass wall in attempt to escape containment while yelling obscene comments at staff. An armed guard proceeds to enter the testing room to exterminate subject. However, subject quickly disarms and kills the armed guard before proceeding to [DATA EXPUNGED] him. Three more armed guards enter testing chamber and dispose of subject quickly.
Analysis: So, despite the major loss of one of our best guards, we learned something, which takes a bit of sting off of this substantial loss. It seems like subjects who consume RPC-093 get the side affect of heightened abilities to the average human.

Subject: D-2748, Caucasian male, 24 years of age, cannibalistic and schizophrenic.
Procedure: D-2748 instructed to consume an instance of RPC-093.
Results: After 30 minutes and 17 seconds, subject reports that their head feels 'a lot more clear'. Later medical tests show that subject's mental ailments were cured.
Analysis: Well, this was a short one, but we learned a whole lot from it. Apparently, we think this thing can cure mental ailments. Lets test one more time and see if our hypothesis is right.

Subject: D-0945, Caucasian male, 47 years of age, has Alzheimer's and depressed.
Procedure: D-0945 instructed to consume an instance of RPC-093.
Results: After 31 minutes and 09 seconds, subject reports feeling a lot more content and able to remember past events easier. Later medical tests show that subject's mental ailments were cured.
Analysis: We are now certain that this thing can cure mental illnesses. That's a real relief. Take this as a formal request for using RPC-093 on staff with mental ailments.

Discovery: RPC-093 was recovered on 09/12/15 after reports of an unnamed cult in the town of █████, Colorado. On 16/12/15, Authority personnel raided the base of the cult and discovered RPC-093. During the raid, it was discovered that the cult was holding two people hostage that had gone missing earlier that month. It was later found that both of the hostages had consumed an instance of RPC-093. When Authority personnel attempted to free them, they were violently attacked, resulting in five casualties, including the people affected by the cognitohazard. All instances of RPC-093 were obtained, cataloged, and contained. All members of the cult present at the base were taken in as Class-D personnel, except for the leader of the cult, who was classified as a POI.
