Special containment procedures, scp-XXXX is to be stored in a standard personal containment cell with cameras that are never to directly observe scp-XXXX. Scp-XXXX is to be staffed by level 3 nearsighted personal, with minimum of one staffed personal at one time and they are to be switched out every hour. If no such personal can be staffed similar staff must be equipped with a visor that simulates nearsightedness.

Scp-XXXX is a humanoid biped, that when it is clearly observed ,scp-XXXX teleports through a person’s eyes appearing behind the subject. As a result the subject’s eyes, brain, and nervous system are removed killing the subject instantly. In the event of a breach a class D personnel should be placed in scp-XXXX’s cell and locked in with a covered picture of scp-XXXX and told to look at it.
