Special Containment Procedures: All instance of SCP-XXXX-B are to be kept inside locked aluminum cases with each one located in separate sites with a distance of over 20 kilometers from each other. Each case is to be kept inside a secured room with at least one security guard of non Russian or American ethnicity. Access of any kind to any instance of SCP-XXXX-B are to be approved by two (2) level 3 clearance researches assigned to the SCP in the site in question.

Should a manifestation of SCP-XXXX-A be detected, field agents of any ethnicity, with the exception of Russian and American, are to be deployed to the source of the signal, locate the new instance of SCP-XXXX-B and turn it off to break the signal. An outpost must then be prepared employing two (2) field agents to monitor the area for any consecutive signals. All casualties of individuals of American ethnicity within 10 kms of the epicenter of SCP-XXXX-A signal are to be reported to the foundation. Should any individual of Russian ethnicity approach any instance of SCP-XXXX-B manifesting SCP-XXXX-A and play the role of SCP-XXXX-C-02 through SCP-XXXX-C-05, they are to be detained and Class-D amnestics are to be injected after a background check is confirmed. Class-A amnestics are to be deployed to the population of the community where SCP-XXXX-A was detected
