Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5289 is to be kept in a 5m x 5m cell with absolutely no openings. The walls are 1m thick for even more safety. Food is slipped through a tiny hole in the wall, and cameras must be turned on at all times to make sure SCP-5289 and it's minions are not planning to escape. SCP-5289 is locked up with SCP-5289-1, SCP-5289-2, SCP-5289-3, and SCP-5289-4.

Description: SCP-5289 is a 44 year old human man of Chinese heritage. It is 172 cm tall and weighs about 74 kg. SCP-5289 likes to be called "Mr. A" and is known to be intelligent. SCP-5289 lures a person in with a sad man's voice asking to help carry his groceries. The person ALWAYS comes, then SCP-5289 gives the person (Now known as SCP-5289-1) a "gift"—- a candy called ■■■■■■■■, which has been found to later NOT be candy, but illegal drugs which are known as ■■■■■■■, which SCP-5289 gives SCP-5289-1 to easily kill off as many brain cells as possible. SCP-5289 then asks if SCP-5289-1 wants "special" powers. SCP-5289-1 automatically responds "Yes, Mr. A" due to SCP-5289 [REDACTED] the brain waves of SCP-5289-1. SCP-5289-1 is now SCP-5289's minion. In addition to mind control, SCP-5289 can go into the minds of his slaves, and control the bodies from SCP-5289-1 to SCP-5289-4. He can allegedly teleport, but this has not been proven.
