Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX poses no threat as long as it’s not plugged in. SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard 5 x 5-meter room with 1 or more facility guards stationed outside. SCP-XXXX’s room must have no power being sent to the room at any time, unless testing. A red emergency light is to be mounted to the wall outside of SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber, and is there to notify the facility guard stationed outside if power is being sent to the room. If the emergency red light is on, notify Site supervisor immediately.
Description: SCP-XXXX was found in the computer room at ██████ High School, located at Site-3 SCP-XXXX is a 1680x1280 resolution Dell brand monitor of unknown model. The word “work harder” is etched into the base of the monitor 23 times. When SCP-XXXX is activated any person looking at the screen immediately starts repeating whatever text is displayed on screen for approximately 5 minutes, until committing suicide. However if text is looked at through a digital picture the effects of SCP-XXXX is not present.
Log test on SCP-XXXX:
Participants: 1 D-Class Personnel
Location: SCP-XXXX’s Containment Chamber
Test parameters: D-4872 was instructed to take the back shell off of SCP-XXXX and remove it’s motherboard, then proceed to try to turn SCP-XXXX on with power being restored to the room.
Results: Upon D-4872 removing SCP-XXXX’s back shell, D-4872 began to repeat “Stop” until putting the back shell back on. Once the back shell of SCP-XXXX was screwed back on D-4872 snapped his own neck even though there would be no physical way of him being able to.
