Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3657 is allowed to have access to the halls of site ██, from █:██ to █:██. No personnel are to enter SCP-3657s chamber after ██ PM, and are only allowed to enter after █ AM.
Description: SCP-3657 is a juvenile felis catus, more commonly known as a kitten. SCP-3657 is 7.3 lb and approximately .3 meters in length; responds to the name ¨Tobias¨, and ¨Toby¨. It biologically is a normal kitten, showing signs of slightly higher intelligence and slowed aging. Its anomalous properties manifest after ██ PM, where a mouse, designated SCP-3657-2, appears before the cat. Although this may appear normal the mouse is a translucent blue, with a luminescent glow emitting from it, and de-manifests at █ AM. After this the cat attempts to catch it, while the mouse successfully evades the kitten, and has done so every night since it has been in the foundations custody. Another note, SCP-3657-2 can only be perceived by digital recordings, and anybody who views it appears to react with a violent urge to chase it, and slaughter it. It is unknown how, or what the mouse truly is, or what will happen when SCP-3657 ever catches it, or if its possible for SCP-3657 to catch it.
